An amazing use of space in an abandoned old trolley station. It's currently a work in progress and only a portion of it is open, but it's worth checking out. It has so much potential! I can't wait to see the finished product!

Feels too clean to be grunge underground, feels too dirty to be chic. An excellent place to go watch performances with sounds of the circle above. I'd go back easily, but can't give it 5 stars.

I went for a comedy show, and was surprised to find an art gallery at this underground tunnel. There were art works along the walls. It was a combination of videos, street/graffiti or modern art, whatever you call them. They were bold and colorful. The old underground trolley tunnel was kind of dark and there were wooden boards on the abandoned tracks. I would be mindful walking around. It was warm if not hot. Not much of air circulation down there. I sweated a lot. There was a booth selling drinks, but I wouldn’t dare to drink anything, because there was no bathroom, Period. One more thing, Internet connection was slow and spotty. There were five comedians performed for an hour show. Three were mediocre and two were awkward. I would give the show 4 out of 10 at most. Nevertheless it was a nice alternative comedy venue at an affordable price.

Dupont Underground is an incredibly unique experience for anyone in DC. The art exhibits they bring down into the old trolley tunnels are always fascinating, and the shows they have in their upgraded performance space are top-notch! Enjoy what Dupont Circle has to offer aboveground, but don't forget the Underground!

Very cool reused metro station. I saw a drag show here that was very fun and reasonably priced. Fun atmosphere and location.

This museum is so unique. It used to be an old metro stop. They have art and graffiti from local artist. It takes about 5 mins to explore. I believe they have shows and comedy shows down here.

Cool place, worth checking out. Only problem was that a film was supposed to be shown at 2:00pm but was shown till at the earliest 2:30. The online ticket and the lady at the front check-in said the film started at 2:00

The Cost of Living was a FANTASTIC experience. My daughters & I were in awe of the artwork: nostalgic beauty, & our history. PHENOMENAL

Creative use of historical/underground space (reminiscent of London!). We were visitors from the early days of this arts reclamation effort -- great to see the progress! (and continued public interest)

If you need to get away from the heat, take a stroll in the cool underground gallery right beneath Dupont Circle. You will be exposed to local artists in images displayed through projectors on a white wall that circles along a track of what used to be a hope of a station. We were also very appreciative of the warm welcome by Chris the Director of Operations. We hope to visit soon again!

This is a tourist trap pretending to be an art venture. It's just some carts selling the usual tourist items. Keychains, houseplants, hats. Basic low quality gift store stuff. They will also pressure you to buy. Not nice salespeople running things. Avoid this place.
