Dope defines “Developing Opportunities for People Everywhere” . We Also operate a Non-profit Organization by the name of H.O.P.E. Aka Helping Other People Everywhere Who’s main focus is geared towards the rehabilitation of homeless individuals in the DMV using social media & other platforms to strategically locate lost family members whom can help with shelter and the rehabilitation process.
