For over 10 years now, I have been taking my B-W films to Dodge-Chrome (in DC) be developed and scanned and, occasionally, specially printed. The service has been uniformly superb, and any (rare) corrections to be made have been done swiftly. Extremely competent, helpful and pleasant staff -- Dave and Drew (both no longer with us -- sadly), Eric, Abdul, as well as their successors. Thank you.

This company has a level of professionalism that is very satisfying to a first time client. Regarding framing the images from their contributors, they are done offsite and it takes a bit longer than expected. Excellent results however.

I walked into the MacArthur Boulevard store today seeking help pulling together our photo card - on December 13! Alyssa was patient, kind, and funny while keeping me company as I pulled together the card. She made it SO easy, and I am deeply appreciative.

Was able to get my professional passport photos very quick. Go get your head shot photos done in here instead of Walgreen’s or CVS. They do have various sizes for European and US passports. All in all it was a 15 min ordeal and around $25.

Very high caliber work. Make sure you ask to see samples of the photographic papers for printing. They have quite a nice selection. I love this place.

Good but expensive.They have all the professional resources needed for your needs... or they will find them.I used to go to Chrome in Georgetown before the merger. I remember people there being quite courteous and cresting good creative relationships. It doesn't seem the same anymore. But they can provide many retail options.

My partner and I came to Dodge chrome to have passport pictures taken earlier today. We arrived minutes before 1600 hours, which is the time they close! Drew welcomed us inside despite the hour and was pleasant throughout the interaction. He was thorough and kind. Thanks again Drew!

Great place to get new passport photos in DC. I came here after getting some pretty bad quality photos taken at CVS--and I'm glad I did. The clerk took my picture with a real camera, adjusted the lighting, and got my approval before printing. Way better than any other passport photo I've ever taken. Thanks so much!

We went to Dodge Chrome to have holiday cards produced. A family member went in to the store to look at and approve printed drafts. The store gave us multiple different drafts, some of which had radically different and unsatisfactory white balance. We reviewed the results as a family within the next hour or so and immediately called back to ask for clarification. We were just told that the cards were already "printed" and that no changes could even be discussed. Keep in mind that this was on a $1,300 order, and the request for clarification was made two hours after of the visit to the store.
