Everyone that I came In contact with was pleasant until the supervisor Ms. Moore came out and was very rude and disrespectful from the first word that came out of her mouth. She was also rude to my daughter the day before when she came in. This lady always has an attitude and needs customer service training. How can she be a supervisor.

They really need to print out a government copy of what you need because they tell you too many different things and I have been yet again turned around after getting everything the previous clerk asked of me.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DMV! Save yourself some time and go to a different one in the DC area. I went to this dmv 3 different times to try to register my car and all three times I was told different ways to handle it based on my military service currently. All three times I was turned around and given very poor advice on what to do. They eventually told me there was no way for me to get this car registered! I then went to the Georgetown dmv and they helped me do it in less than an hour with the original document I brought in the first day. The southwest dmv is a waste of time and effort, I recommend you visit the Georgetown one since they are helpful and actually military friendly.

Really happy with my visit to this DMV location. The system worked well, I came in on a Thursday at 2pm and there was a fair amount of people but the ticket system worked well and I was seen quickly. J. Cruz, window 12, was professional, efficient, and engaged. He seamlessly helped me with what I needed done and was pleasant to interact with. Great job!

En lo personal ,solo ahí me gusta llegar ,a mi me an tratado muy bien , creo que de como te traten habla de como eres tú ,muchos se quejan por todo y no valoran el trabajo de los demás ,creo que la falta de empatía es la que destruye ,si las personas son aburridas ti se hamable y la atmósfera cambiará ,eres tú el que hace la diferencia ,hay que ser educado y paciente,y ante todo agradecidos ❤️

Staff have entirely different standards for what documents they accept compared to what is on the website. Terrible experience, take the gamble and go to a different location, this one is not worth your time.

I've been to this DMV twice and I must say, they do an excellent job at filing people into the building and ensuring that everyone's ticket is called as soon as possible. The two time's I've been I was able to be in and out within 15 minutes.

This is the best DMV experience of my life. Everything about this experience was great. The security guard greeted everyone at the door very pleasantly and kept the line queue totally organized and didn't allow people on speaker phones or eating and drinking, the first clerk makes sure you have all of your documents and gives you a number, and I was seen in about 10 minutes after. The second clerk that helped me, Christine Cauley, was so professional and pleasant, clearly explaining everything I needed to provide and making sure I had everything completed correctly. She was patient, and with her help the entire process took only 15 minutes. The whole operation was so well laid out and all staff friendly, and a clean space to boot. Hopefully someone at their office sees this and tells them job well done!
