We was waiting all day. The person who served us was very disrespectful and rude. The system failed. and we waited 1 hour for it to work. to all this. My daughter was tired of the treatment. on the second attempt to take the exam. she fail it. and then go back and pay again.

The ticket system doesn’t work, so you will wait for hours without your number ever being called. To make it even more dysfunctional, some numbers are called but not displayed on the screen. Then they will tell you that you missed your number being called and issue you a new number that is also never called. I waited for 3 hours and not a single ticket was called with the starting letter of my ticket. Every time I asked about it they said to keep waiting and ensured me that my ticket would be called.

I never thought I’d give a DMV a positive review. But this location is clean and pleasant, and the staff was efficient and kind. A surprisingly pleasant experience!

We went to the DMV a couple of days ago, to try to get our ID and license. And our experience was incredible, from the moment we entered the resectionist was very kind to me and my wife. Then we were assisted at window 17 and 18 by the ladies Felisha T and Jackie R. They helped us with our documents step by step and in great detail, they explained the entire process to us and were attentive to everything. We are still in process with the procedures.But I would like to emphasize that I wish there were more people like them who were attentive and patient, even though we are Hispanic and they do not know what nationality they are, but there was no type of racism, on the contrary, they behaved up to the mark, maintaining the respect and kindness that many today they don't have them.I'm letting you know this since we previously went to another DMV that is by the waterfront metro station and they are definitely the worst there. With that I say everything.

Amazing customer service! I just arrived in DC and Haydee very patiently explained to me all the procedures I need to do with my car. She was a great help.

Rude, unprofessional. I moved to DC almost 4 months ago, and due to them not giving the appropriate info. I still haven’t been able to get my tags. Misinformed people spreading misinformation. How come we’re sending people to Mars, and the DMV is still so inefficient?

I went on a Wednesday morning, and only waited about 15 minutes to be called up. Jacqueline Rutherford provided excellent customer service and was patient as I collected all my documents and had to call home for an issue that arose.Overall, it was a very smooth, professional experience.

beyond useless. requirements for driver's license not listed on website. lack of signage for parking, entering, or exiting building. hesitated and guessed my way through the whole process. 3 trips, 4 hours. finally gave me a print-out of requirements on third attemps, when it was no longer helpful.

Today I visit this location with my sister get in her car register we had a great experience they really know how to treat the public residence with kindness and respect they were so helpful the two young ladies that helped us out Simandar and Shenika where are amazing they made us feel very welcome helping us out sending us to the right places so we can get the car register. They were very patient with us. I’ve been to the DMV in the past, I’ve never been treated as nice as I was treated today. I offered to buy them lunch Starbucks, anything to show our appreciation they declined to say they love helping people out and is there a job to help the public. I recommend this location they have a great team :)

Went at lunchtime on a Friday, was out in 30 minutes. Clean and organized, friendly personnel. Definitely check the website ahead of time to see what documents you need and bring them. My license photo even came out pretty nice, too!

The best DMV experience I have ever had. Efficient pre screen process so you only wait once you know you have the right paperwork. The staff are super warm and friendly. I, myself, can’t even believe I’m writing a positive review of the DMV, but this one is excellent.
