I can’t recommend Carlos and his team enough! They did an excellent job fixing my car & making it look good as new. They were also very communicative, friendly & got everything done efficiently. Pricing is fair & clear. Would recommend using Dick’s Auto Body to anyone!!

I had an overall good experience getting my driver side mirror replaced, the service prices are great! The owner only takes cash and manages his business old school but he does a clean job. Be patient with him.Service: Auto rear window replacement

I had a hit-and-run to the driver side of my car. Take a look. The side is caved in so much I couldn't open my door. It needed a new hood and whole new headlight. How much would you say it would cost to fix this? Probably more than $4000. Yoon fixed it for me for $2500. Why go anywhere else? Sure I got the car back a little dirty, but if you want the added fluff, you'll be paying for it elsewhere.

Terrible experience. The car came in after being detailed upon pick up the interior of the car was filthy and COVERED IN DIRT. I asked Yoon to clean it and he wondered around in circles. He did not have a vacuum or any cleaning supplies. The communication during the repair was poor. He even used a piece of the damaged weather stripping around the window FOR THE REPAIR instead of replacing it. I've never experienced anything like this.Services: Auto side window replacement

Tony is a great mechanic! Customer service is great. Doesn’t price gouge, which is important to me as a woman! Tells you what your car needs and what can wait. So glad I found a great mechanic for my A to B car.

Straight up, direct, transactional, no frills and on point. Mr Yoon asked what he needed to know, assessed the panels (yep, two), provided a quote and delivered back a complete car in the exact time he estimated. I went to another auto body shop before deciding on Dick's because I thought I needed more "polish" and while I got formality and more professionalism, the 2nd estimate included extra costs for bells and whistles that I wasn't looking for. Very pleased with the work at Dick's Auto Body. I'd go back, but I'm hoping not to scrape the side of my car again.

I had gotten into a little accident where my fender was dented and ripped, and my wheel liner had ripped off as well. I went to a couple of places, and Dicks Auto Body was by far the cheapest (nearly 40% cheaper than the next nearest guy). The fender and wheel liner looks like new. Mr Yoon, the owner of the body shop and main repair guy, also gave a life time warranty! Mr. Yoon is easy going, fair and honest. He'll take care of you. I highly highly recommend Dicks Auto body. (Unfortunately I do not have before photos but the after photos will follow shortly)

You get what you pay for. If you are cost conscious, want some major dents and scratches fixed, and aren't too hung up on details, Mr. Yoon is your guy. My car had a couple large dents and major scratches. Mr. Yoon was able to take care of all the damages. The only flaw is the new coat of black paint has some bubble bumps and doesn't quite match the original's color. I won't lose sleep over that bit of detail. Overall, very happy I found this place.
