Your 3130 V street, NE location needs an update on your network, immediately. The two young women that assisted me were extremely helpful. They were very frustrated because the “system” kept going down. I’m confident about my package reaching its destination but this initial process caused me anxiety because it ate almost two hours of work time. The lady assisting me to try and complete the transaction was very frustrated because she was about to leave and she was trying her best to help. I am not sure I will ever do this again…..this was not a great experience….now I have to hope I get my moneys worth sending this package to another country and it arriving within the timeframe specified, to the correct person….

For 5 days they said that my address was incomplete (as if I don't know my OWN address). Then they pretended to try delivery my package, even saying that they knocked for a signee and there was no one to sign. The delivery instruction were to leave at the door No Signature Needed. However, I was ALL day, literally never left the house. Yet they claim that they were there. At this time I am STILL waiting for my package. I spoke to several customer service reps who were NO HELP AT ALL. I truly believe that they have stolen my package. I stopped payment, which has not caused the seller to give involved. They have the MOST INCOMPETENT and HORRIBLE service.DO NOT EVER USE DHL THEY WILL STEAL YOUR ITEMS!!!!!

Terrible experience! I got a notification that my package was delivered and it never was. I called customer service and they said the driver was never in my area based off gps and that they delivered my package to an address across town. Like how do you even get the addresses confused and they look nothing alike. Now I don’t want a driver delivering anything to my apartment. I’m prefer coming to the office to pick my stuff up! I am disappointed.

I live from home in Frederick MD with my office window facing the driveway and from door. We also have cameras throughout the property and can see delivery trucks about 1 mile from the home (and hear them). We gave instructions to leave packages on front porch. Got email stating that driver attempted to deliver and no one was home. First of all, we were home and on one came any where near our house. House has been in place since 1992 and new have lived hear for many years with no issue getting thing delivered from post office, Fedex, UPS, etc...I believe the drive was simply tired or lazy and simply put the attempt in the system. Very annoying that they would do this. Called 800 and they can do nothing.

Employee was on speakerphone trying to set up his dental insurance while helping customers - causing long wait times, general confusion, and not able to fully help customers. I waited over 20 minutes for a service that should have been simple.

The staff at this location was attentive and communicated impeccably. I am going out of the country and need my package for my trip. One courier could not find my address and Ms. Hawkins made sure I was able to retrieve my items. When unsure of protocol she asked her superior. I am elated with service and I hope everyone can experience this kind of service in the field of package delivery. It is rare but super fulfilling.

These guys were awesome......i shipped refurbished ipads to family overseas for the first time......they helped make the entire process seamless.....very professional and friendly........would definitely come back here again.

This company literally marked my package as delivered and they either never delivered it, or delivered it to the wrong place because I NEVER received it. there's also no direct number to call to get in touch w/ this location. please stay FAR AWAY FROM dhl, specially this location!!

originally didnt get my package on the day it was supposed to be delivered because they said they came to my house and never did. found out today they weren't able to find my house i guess what the driver told me. but today they came through there tracking system worked out well i got my package and I'm happy with the service now was a scare but they did in fact come thru! be nice if they could let me know if they cant find my house or anything like that not sure why we have a phone number or adress at all if they dont use them lol.

The worst international shipping company EVER!!!! DO NOT DO IT. You would be better off using a courier pigeon. The on-line customer service sucks and is not helpful. My package contained medications. They were expected on July 19. Days went by and I couldn't reach anyone at DHL, yet the site said they had tried 3x the deliver but no one was home. LIES. it is now the 26th and still no delivery. The package is on hold because "they need a PO Box to deliver to." WTH?!! They have my address. 2 hours on the phone with a rude customer service agent and she told me to pick the package up. Why should I pick it up? Isn't that their job to deliver it?!! As I read these reviews, I can only hope I get London to help me when I GO TO PICK UP my late package. Never again! DO NOT USE DHL! YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY. I am convinced DHL is straight up the devil! They deserve NO STARS and foot up their @$$. Since I can't do either, this Review will suffice. I repeat, FIND ANOTHER MEANS TO SEND/ RECIEVE AN INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE!!!!

I initially had a very terrible experience getting my package, but it was resolved thanks to Larissa ! I went to the store very frustrated but she was patient with me, heard my concerns, investigated the issue and found my package within 10 mns. DHL definitely needs to do better but I’m glad they have employees like Larissa !

DHL is by far the worst Courier Service I have ever dealt with . So bad in fact I logged on just to leave a review . If you have to deal with this company or you order a product and are waiting for a shipment from this company you need to second guess this or come up with a plan B . I was expecting a shipment within a 2-hour window and I stood by the door waiting for the shipment as it was very important . Not only did anybody not show up I received an email saying that they were unable to deliver the package due to customer availability . I quickly contacted DHL and they told me they had no way of contacting their drivers to attempt a redelivery . They also were unable to provide me a time frame of when it would be delivered the next day . Additionally I had signed a signature release form in the event they were unable to reach me that they would leave it by the door which they failed to do . I do not understand how you can have a shipping company and not have any contact with your drivers or a way to communicate a redelivery . Again if you are dealing with this company I highly suggest you just pick it up yourself from a location

It's just common sense to call the customer if the building is locked rather than returning with the package and saying delivery attempt failed what did you attempts or did you expect the main door to remain open because of you. Very annoying

Hello I'm very pist I paid $35 for my 14 year old daughter's prom dress to be delivered on the 15 her prom is on the 16th today and her dress never came the customer service is very rude and u can not talk to no one for help they don't care and they have not refunded my money I paid over $100 for the dress alone now my child is crying and upset because she can not go to her prom today they keep saying the dress will be here by the end of the day it will be to late then pist off mom never will order threw them again

DO NOT use DHL, horrible service, no one answers, never actually deliver the package we're running after them for the last 3 days trying to coordinate with the driver. No one at the support number is willing to assist getting the driver get to our office when it's actually open.
