Adrienne is a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable when it comes to rollerskates! She helped me place my Colorlab order and was able to determine my proper size/width for Riedell boots after sending her measurements, as well as answer questions regarding sizing for other skate boot brands and plates. I'm coming back for more (online) shopping!

She's so nice and she's like the best person ever. I love her sm. If you wanna buy roller skating things then you should definitely buy it from here. It's literally the best place on earth istg. She's also so patient. She helped me via messaging. Best customer service ever. You need to shop here if you wanna buy skates. It's the best shop in the whole world.

Hands down the best customer service and expertise ever! Department of Skate worked with me via messaging to make sure I had the correct size and worked with me to find what plate length I would be comfortable with for my Wifa's. They fit like a dream and the plate is exactly what my level of experience needs, without holding me back when I become a more experienced skater!

Worked remotely via email with the owner to figure out sizing for a custom pair of skates. Excellent knowledge and customer service throughout the whole process. I'm so happy with the custom setup she helped me create! Highly recommend for someone who is looking for something particular and need help getting everything just right!

I spoke with Adrienne yesterday about a problem I am having with skates that I bought from another shop. She spoke to for at least 15 minutes, helping me to understand why I was feeling unstable on my new WIFA skates. She encouraged me to keep the skates because it is an exceptional skate. She went over the different kind of skate plates. She took time to give a non-customer guidance. What a woderful person an incredible shop. I will make sure to make my next purchase with her.Thank you, customer service is not dead!!!!

Adrienne was so nice and helpful when my skates broke. She was able to schedule an appointment for me so quickly for service for my skates and was able to give me some awesome recommendations for new skates. She seems super knowledgeable about everything skate related and I will definitely be using her shop for all of my skate needs!
