My doctor placed a prescription with the Pharmacy over a week ago. I was notified via text that they had to place an order for the medication and would let me know when it arrives in several business days. I called and left two messages with the Pharmacy just to inquire if it may be available at another Pharmacy in the area. Although you are told that you will receive a call back from the Pharmacy, I never received the call. I have also tried tracking my prescription and it no longer appears in the app at all nor have I gotten in update in over a week. The lack of care by the pharmacy in fulfilling the prescription and accurately notifying me what is going on has been incredibly frustrating. I feel for individuals who need more serious medications who are left abandoned by the staff of this pharmacy.

Good day. I am giving CVS 3250 Pennsylvania Avenue Southeast five stars because of the courtesy, efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff; especially the cashier who waited on us even though she was by herself and working very hard. It is employees like this and the Pharmacy staff who work very hard to satisfy customers. I have never had a problem visiting this store or purchasing or looking for a product. Thank you and have a Blessed day.

Prescriptions take a ridiculous amount of time. This pharmacy is always short staffed. CVS please invest in hiring more people

My daughter had a headache before school we came to the CVS the time now is 8:10am and we are still waiting, door is not open but the sign states that the store opens at 8am. One of the workers came to the door and said that she can not open until the other employee comes. This is outrageous. Time now is 8:20am store still not open.

My favorite CVS, always well stocked and the staff is great! The store manager Maggie is hard-working and her efforts shows; the store is well run.

Great store with friendly staff. Great neighborhood store to get small essentials for the house. The pharmacy could be better however I see they are short staffed given the high volume of customers. Clean and neat.
