This was my review and I have contacted customer service and nothing have been done about it. Not even an apology! So you just let your employees harass customers?
And how come I’m not able to to write a review and reply on google?!

I walked in today to buy a couple of items, and when I was using self checkout, I noticed in the app that I have a new coupon so I asked the employee Carlos who was standing there doing nothing and no customers in the store, I asked him to void the transaction so I can re ring it to be able to use the new coupon, he was so irritated and said “ya”ll can’t do this all the time, I have no idea what he was talking about. He kept giving me those looks like he wanted to hurt me and to make me feel intimidated, I told him to stop looking at me and being so close ( which you can review on store cameras, then he said well you can leave the store and I said that he can’t ask me to leave. Disgusting disrespect and zero customer service. I will be calling customer service tomorrow for sure because they were closed when I tried to today.

5 Stars – Excellent Customer Service with a Smile!
I had a great experience at this CVS location. I was having trouble finding the beverages and some utensils like forks, so I asked one of the employees for help. He responded right away with a friendly attitude and personally walked me over to both sections. Not only was he super helpful, but he also made me laugh along the way, which really brightened my day. He didn’t just point me in the right direction, he made sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine, cheerful customer service. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Yesterday, June 23 and today, June 24, I visited the CVS at 4309 Connecticut Avenue Nw, Washington, DC. I was helped by a man who could be of South-Asian origin, whose name I unfortunately did not get. I can only say good things about this employee. He was helping me to get 2 sets of passport photos, a time-consuming and somewhat tedious task. He was patient, informative and doing a first rate job for me, at the same time juggling all the other customers who needed help as well. The store is significantly understaffed. One customer was quite dismissive toward him and a bit challenging. The CVS person calmed this customer down in a gentle and careful way (I was worried the interaction might build toward shouting but it didn't because of the skills of the CVS employee). He somehow managed to get through the passport photo task and, at the same time, serve the needs of multiple customers, some of whom were impatient. It demonstrated what a hard job it is in today's environment to manage the front desk of a public store. This guy deserves a LOT of credit. I hope you are paying him appropriately.

If I could, I wouldn't give it a single star very disappointing service the price is higher than other CVS in the area many products are in stock but show online as out of stock. While the products are in stock in the store, the online price is lower and the in store price is higher If you want to pick up, you can't.😡😠😠

The CVS at Van Ness Metro is the worst CVS. You never can find a live person never even as self service I had problems and I had to yell to the back of the store and order to get help. The store is never stocked properly. This is on Sunday Mother’s Day.. They have to do better at the store.

Pharmacist mentioned she could not book a walk-in appointment for me day of. I then checked online and saw that slots were still available that day, so I just booked online. Additionally, they were unable to confirm my insurance eligibility despite vaccinations being covered by my insurance at this location.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, expect to wait 20 minutes as the only person in line being actively ignored to pickup an already filled prescription.

““ Abandon all hope, ye who enter here” (Dante, Inferno, III, 9)
That pretty much sums up how I feel about this pharmacy. I would give it 0 star if that were an option. I’ve been coming here for 40 years, because it’s next door to my home, but during that time I have seen this store go from bad to worse to abysmal. More often than not they are out of what you need. They never answer their phone. It often takes several days to get a prescription filled, even if it is a very commonly prescribed drug. Sometimes they have given me the wrong drug, endangering my health had I not caught their mistake. The staff are unhelpful, rude, and unapologetic. Once I had an employee sneeze loudly into in his hand as he was handing me a prescription. His hand was filled with snot as he handed me my drug, which I had to refuse. The employee seemed puzzled as to the reason why. I could just go on and on. In the past year things have steadily gotten worse. Check everything they give you, especially the number of pills in every bottle. I would love nothing so much than to transfer all my prescriptions to another store, but I haven’t done so as I appehend the chaos that would ensue if I did that. In 2015 a beautiful Walgreens opened just across the street, and I tranferred my prescriptions to that Walgreens. Never had a problem with them. Unfortunately, after one year that Walgreens shut down, and I had to transfer all my prescriptions back to CVS. I don’t want to go through that again.

It is a shame that a few thieves and low-lifes have been allowed to ruin things for so many shoppers and local business.

Pharmacy won’t help even if your life depended on it. Always out of stock, no communication when refills are ready. Constant, constant, constant disarray.

Shockingly incompetent, rude, arrogant, and obnoxious staff. Just try and refill a prescription and you will find CVS Pharmacy can't be bothered. The staff told me my prescription was out of refills, but that was a lie. A few days after my request for refill they told me my refill was ready. But that was before I attempted to fill that prescription with another pharmacy using a paper RX order from my doctor. Wait, there's more. Medicare rules allow me to fill certain prescriptions, but CVS refused, telling me Medicare does allow me to fill a prescription ordered by my physician in the manner prescribed. CVS couldn't be bothered. They lied, ignoring Medicare's rules and rejecting out of hand my doctor's request. I have no other option or recourse, but to make a formal complaint to the District of Columbia office of the Attorney General. CVS Pharmacy, you do have to answer to a higher authority.
