The pharmacy experience is HORRIBLE. There’s no respect for privacy, the pharmacy techs with scream your first name, last name and medication. Separately, I went in to get meds for my dog and they were expensive and the woman pharmacist was so judgmental and rude about it. They will also NEVER answer the phone, so don’t even try.The store itself is large and chaotic, but the staff are great. Sue is a legend and gets to know everyone who walks in the door. The other staff working the store are also really nice.CVS should really evaluate how they can create a better patient experience for people picking up prescriptions.

Great Pharmacy Staff. Made my Covid & Flu Vaccine appointment online. Arrived at my appointment time and was on my way vaccinated and healthy all within 15 minutes. THANK YOU!!!

The pharmacy closes from 13:30 to 14:00 for lunch... The entire place is dark, uninviting, frequently disorderly, and messy. Limited staff is unable to help their customers.

I can't begin to explain how happy I am with this place! This is one of my favorite stores to shop ever since the Safeway closed this CVS has been here and never are short of what I need. That goes for the customer service aswell Regina And Manager Anita was extremely polite and helpful to get me what I needed well ran establishment!

Such a strange and disappointing experience at this CVS last night. My husband and I went to pick up medications. As we were shopping, an employee at the front of the store hollered out to let us know that if we wanted to buy anything that we couldn’t pay with cash and would have to use self checkout as she had already closed out the register for the night. It was 7:40pm and store hours posted show this store doesn’t close until 8pm. Mind you. I get she would like to leave work at closing time, but she couldn’t be bothered to stop what she was doing to even help us find COVID tests. She was too busy behind the counter braiding a friends hair. She and her friend were the only people in the store so we were left to figure it out ourselves IF we were paying with credit card. Poor poor customer service and if this woman was one of my employees, I would be very unhappy to know I am paying her to ignore my customers and hang out with her friends so I wanted to share.

Wonderful customer service at the Mini Clinic! I would like to say thank you specifically to Geraldine Fleurimond, NP, who was super helpful and patient with me and my two boys, in getting us scheduled for and delivering flu shots. Great service and super nice - thank you!

Tiara was extremely helpful with passport photos for a specific Embassy. She has a very pleasant and professional demeanor. It was truly a very positive shopping experience because of her.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I tried to get my medications from this CVS, but they basically denied me, and instead of giving me my 90 day supply, only gave me a 30 day supply and refused to run my insurance. I had a second medication that they needed to order, so they told me it would be ready in a few days. I went back today to pick up my medication, but when I got there today, they hadn't even ordered it. So now I'm stuck without my medication. Please, if you take serious medications, NEVER GO HERE.

I forgot my coupon in my car so I left my items in a basket by the register. When I got back, everything head out of the basket at the counter and rung up. I have had nothing but awesome customer service at this CVS.

What happened to this CVS???? The staff was so nice years ago. Now it is run by a group of rude ,condescending and incompetent staff, not only at the front cashiers but also at the pharmacy. Don't go there, find a more friendly CVS somewhere else. I live a block away and willing to drive to another CVS to do not have to deal with this bunch of incompetent people. Does CVS HQ care about this horrible customer service in this Macarthur CVS!!!!!

The store was understaffed on a busy Saturday, I went in for a flu shot appointment and the minute clinic was closed. I was directed back to the busy pharmacy area to check-in, and then had to wait while the one overworked pharmacist who was trying her best had to deal with all the customers in line before getting to me. The makeshift vaccine area was just the blood pressure testing area with a screen put up and a few chairs. There was a bag of cotton balls left open and some alcohol wipes in a bin, didn't seem sanitary. CVS shouldn't alerted me if the minute clinic would be closed and a nurse wouldn't be on site when I made the appointment so that I didn't have to wait in the busy pharmacy area and burden the overwhelmed pharmacist.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. I called this evening to refill a rx and I was on hold for 25 minutes. No one picked up. I called back again, right back on hold, waited for 15 minutesand still no one picked up. Decided to drive there, walked to the pharmacy and no one is in line. I spoke to the pharmacy staff and they said they have been busy and that they will answer their phone when they get around to it. Get around to it? I am in healthcare myself as I work in a 7 doctor medical group, and I would never have someone on hold for that long, nor respond to a patient in that manner, Completely ridiculous and rude.
