This CVS is terrible!!! The people at the pharmacy are so rude. The pharmacy doesn‘t even fill my prescription. And there is this one cashier (I won‘t say their name) who is the rudest person I have ever met. It is always dirty too. If you are in the Palisades area and need to get a prescription go to the Walgreens on New Mexico avenue. If you need to get a snack/supplies, go to the Parker‘s Exxon store or Mac Market. DO NOT COME TO THIS CVS!!!!!!!

I don't usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to say this. My sister and I have had the worst experience(s) at this CVS specifically at their pharmacy. Multiple times they had ignored us, let other in front of us, talked down to us, said that our real ID were FAKE (at different times with the same ID), “lost” our prescriptions, claimed (loudly) that my work HSA card was an EBT card and they don’t accept it (it’s literally displayed as payment option at checkout), and other discriminative and rude encounters. They have other good workers there but overall… Just do better.

The CVS on MacArthur Blvd NW hast the most helpful and polite staff. I love going into that store just to visit with the staff.

A weird CVS built out of a defunct theater. It’s very well stocked and a generally interesting location, however they didn’t have what we were looking for and the exterior was looking a little worse for wear. It’s visually interesting and impressive but still a CVS.

The Pharmacy Manager (named Demesew Tesfaye) is unprofessional, rude, and discriminatory He clearly does not want to help trans or LGBTQ folks and I had the worst possible experience yesterday trying to get my medicine (unsuccessfully) from him. DO NOT GET YOUR SCRIPTS FILLED AT CVS. The interaction I had yesterday has caused me to transfer all my scripts to a new pharmacy. Awful and inhumane.

Absolutely the worst CVS pharmacy in the area. No one ever answers the phone. If someone does answer, you will be placed on hold indefinitely. After bring on hold for 30+ minutes, I drove to the store while still on hold to demonstrate the ridiculous hold times. No one cared. The pharmacists lack compassion and treat clients with little respect. The lines are long and pharmacists frequently ignore customers waiting for service. If this CVS wasn’t less than 5 blocks from home, making it a walkable trip, I would have gone somewhere else sooner. After my latest experience, Sangamore CVS will be my new pharmacy. The staff is awesome and actually cares for their constituents.

Was calling from my job to get information for a mutual patient. The Pharmacist was very rude. Hung up on me. I called five times and kept getting transferred to voicemail. This is not good patient care! Then I was put on hold for 10 minutes. My patient was waiting to be discharged. Terrible store!

I use one brand prescription for years and every second time I get the wrong (generic) product, even though it should have been recorded in their computer for a long time. The pharmacy staff is often very unfriendly. It would be so easy to say, sorry, we fix it, instead of appearing resentful and extra slow. I think it is time for me to find another pharmacy... This review only relates to the pharmacy, not to the general staff of the store.
