Giving this 1 star is generous. Everything is locked up and the place is understaffed so no one to unlock products. Do not go here if you need medical supplies or medication.

Man this CVS has fallen off big time. I usually don’t come here and if I do it’s not often. One word, “GHETTO”!!! This CVS use to be ok, wasn’t great but ok. Doors broken, security entrance fallen off the hinges. It is bad, customers loud and out of control. The pharmacy staff was polite and I can only imagine what they have to deal with day in and day out. Sad state of affairs…

The head pharmacists closed the gate while I was still speaking with him about my medicine. It was 1:15 pm no where near there break time so he was very rude and needs to be fired for his treatment of myself and others that was before me. This CVS need a complete overhaul of employees.

Slow, mismanaged pharmacy, rude, name-calling, eye-rolling staff. The manager went behind the shelves, so I had to speak louder to him for him to hear me. A woman at the front rolled her eyes on me, “There is no reason to yell.” Well, I didn’t yell. There was no other way the manager was able to hear me if I didn’t speak loudly.
My doctor sent in some prescriptions. They didn’t fill them until a week later.
I asked them to receive a transfer prescription. A woman didn’t want to do that for me because she thought Walgreens would just ask her to hold. I insisted. She gave it a try. Walgreens picked up the phone and asked her to hold momentarily. She hung up suddenly and said to me, “I told you they are just gonna put me on hold.”
She could have held for 5 minutes and got that transfer. Instead she refused to provide me service. I left and complained to corporate, but I guess nothing happened to her. I still remember her face till this day. You can’t possibly encounter uglier ones elsewhere. I say ugly meaning the insides of their staff, not the outsides. Don’t go to this ugly place.
This is the worst place. Don’t go. I have moved all my business elsewhere.

If I can give this CVS 0 stars I would the pharmacy is extremely understaffed and a bunch of idiots works back there. I came here 5 different times for my pregnant girlfriend medication. First two times she went and first they said her insurance don’t cover it which wasn’t true because she called the doctor the office said they do because it went through hours later we go back now they say it’s processing. Okay fine next two times I went for her to try to get it first time they sent me to a cvs down the road because they didn’t have to monitor she needed but the other cvs couldn’t process it because it was filled at the other location they basically kept giving us the run around I went back 3 more times each time it was an excuse about why they can’t fill it. We just gave up and brought the monitor out of pocket. The pharmacy lines stay really long not one person got there medication the pharmacist had the nerve to tell another person “hopefully your medication will be ready tomorrow” even seen a father try to get his sick kid there medicine he even left empty handed. The pharmacist has no compassion and lack of training. We won’t come here again
