Slow, poor communication, out of most drugs. Avoid at all costs. One star seems like too much, but can't give zero or, better yet, negative.

To the dude managing 6/24/25 eat my shorts. Your primary job is to stay open until 11 and you decided 10:52 was good enough. Well damn you brother. Damn you. This community has so few late night businesses we depend on this CVS. Damn you.

Don't send your prescriptions here -- or if you do, don't try to pick them up in the late afternoon -- the line gets ridiculously long and is always slow. They almost never add a second person to serve those picking up their meds.

Ever wished to see for yourself how customer service was practiced in the Soviet Union? Well, look no further than this CVS. As mentioned by others, they are usually out of stock of most things, lock up what they have, and then work to keep you on your toes, wondering whether they’ll respond when you press the button. Often they don’t, but every now and then they surprise you by showing up… eventually. Top awards, though, go to their pharmacy, which keeps just one cashier station out of three open, regardless of how long the line is. And let me tell you, it is never short! That station is typically staffed by an older woman who takes her time finding each key on the keyboard, and occasionally get sidetracked running side errands, leaving the lucky many in line to await the pleasure of her return. Seriously, the world would be a better place if this CVS just closed for good. Trust me.

If you enjoy long waits in pharmacy lines and poor customer service, you will love CVS. I switched all my prescriptions to Safeway and am delighted to never have to use CVS again.

Pharmacy staff are rude and unhelpful. Hung up on me when I tried to transfer my prescription from another pharmacy, and consistently "forget" to bill prescriptions to my insurance. Every single time I pick up my prescriptions, I have to ask them if they ran it through my insurance first, and they stare blankly at me and say no. I then have to ask them to do that, which takes 30 minutes and multiple people involved every time, even though they discover every time my insurance is in fact listed on my account already. I don't understand how billing to my insurance is not standard practice, the way it is at literally every single other pharmacy I've gone to. Their pharmacy staff need serious re-training. With how inept their staff are, I am planning to move my prescription pick up to a location further away to just not deal with the hassle anymore.

Have been coming here for 25 years because the location is convenient. I stopped using the pharmacy 8 years ago because the service declined badly, but I still shop here at least once/week.
The experience is fine unless one particular employee, a young man who appears to be East African, is posted up near the checkout, hard-staring and occasionally moving closer to observe the transactions . He closely watches anyone darker than a banana peel. Today, as I entered the cold drink aisle he appeared in the same aisle as if he was browsing the coolers. I walked to the adjacent snack aisle and Inspector Gadget made a beeline and met me at the checkout to post up and watch. I finally said something to announce that "I AM PAYING FOR IT!!" I don't like shopping when he's in there and perhaps it's finally time that I stop. I hope his loss-prevention technique yields him a LEGIT capture.

The staff are perfectly helpful, so this is NOT a review of the people in this building, but CVS as a company never has enough of them on hand here or anywhere to deal with demand. This neighborhood is rapidly gentrifying so I'll be taking my prescriptions elsewhere because the more people who move here and the more miserly CVS gets with paying to staff ALL of their pharmacies, not just this one, the worse the experience gets. I always ALWAYS have to wait at least 10 minutes even if I'm the only one in line because they have like 2 staff to handle vaccines and walk ups and drop offs and the drive through. You should be ashamed of yourselves, CVS

Worst Pharmacy around!!!! I’ve been lazy because this pharmacy is literally a block away from me… but today was the last straw!! They never have the medicine you need! If it’s a pain medication (which is rarely) they act like you’re an addict! Then they text you a hundred times to pick up medicine but you wait in line for 30minutes even if you’re the only person in line! Oh and in 2021 I had my purse stolen out of my car in the parking lot (I’ll accept responsibility for that because it was careless of me) but Still!! The next day a teacher had his work bag stolen. Unsafe and unreliable! Definitely time to change!

Slowest cvs ever. Avoid the pharmacy. Understaffed. Wait time 30 mins or more. Bad experience.

What pharmacy doesn't take staggered lunches? They text you that your Rx is ready but they're closed. When a patient is in pain and needs their Rx, they should be able to pick up ASAP. Not saying staff don't need lunch, but CVS should be smarter about how they meet patient needs. Stagger lunches so someone is always on call -- if Giant can do it no problem, why can't CVS?

I used to love coming to this CVS because they were well stocked and had so many items that I needed. Clearly, this is no longer the case. SMH!!!
