An unsuspecting trip to this pharmacy left me $120 out of pocket. First, the pharmacist had me wait more than 90min in the store for two extremely urgent eye care prescriptions as their system was malfunctioning. In the end, she said she was unable to run my prescriptions through my insurance despite being on the phone with them for an hour.
She then told me the only way for me to get my urgent medication was to pay upfront the amount they’d bill the insurance, and then claim the money back from my insurer. After waiting for 90min I just wanted to get out of that place so I agreed and paid upfront – only to be told by my insurance company a couple of days later that THE PHARMACIST HAD CHARGED THEM ON THE VERY SAME DAY ALREADY, thus charging me as well as the insurance company twice the whole amount for the same medication. My insurer won’t reimburse me as they did nothing wrong. Whilst acknowledging an “error”, the pharmacy refuses to refund me (“the system won’t allow it”). I’ve never experienced anything remotely like this. My only option now is to pursue this matter in the Small Claims court, which I’ll absolutely do.

The pharmacy has gone way downhill in the last year. Sometimes it takes a week to get a prescription filled. I have spent several hours in there this year waiting and then having to talk to the pharmacist and waiting again. My wife has had the same problems and we have both moved our prescriptions to different places now.

That Fatimah that’s at the pharmacy needs to be fired. I’ve realized from the reviews that she is one staff that several customers have complained about. But I guess this CVS doesn’t mind people taking their business elsewhere since they are very comfortable having a rude and unprofessional staff attend to their customers. I will be staying away from this CVS and I advise anyone reading this- find another pharmacy.

The pharmacist name Fatima. I believe she is Indian or so….I mean this lady Is horrible. I mean literally horrible. She is either extremely rude or she is racist. Please everyone avoid going to this location. Just go somewhere else for your peace of mind and sanity. This lady kept me waiting for over 45mins just for a vaccine I scheduled an appointment for . She was attending to other people, picking up calls from both personal and works lines!!. She eventually came and couldn’t even apologize. I asked why she kept me waiting and all she kept mute and eventually. After taking the shot, I heard her whispering’YOU DONT HAVE RESPECT’… She is an insult to the brand of CVS… I have never been so upset in over 5 years the way this woman made me feel. She is HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, RUDE,AND RACIST. I wish I could give -5stars just because of this lady. Please and please avoid this location

Unreliable in terms of being open at posted times. Staff unreasonably inserts their opinion on my treatment for depression/anxiety in lieu of my doctor's. Had to block pharmacy's number because 3x daily spam calls to tell me I could save money on my 90-day Rxs by switching to 90-day Rxs kept voice-mail box filled. Takes DAYS to fill prescriptions. I wouldn't go here if this trash heap wasn't the only pharmacy my insurance allows.

Worse cvs I ever been to . I waited for hrs just to be told to pay for it . The white jacket and assistant are terrible . This whole location needs to be shut down !!!!!

This pharmacy has the worst customer service ever than any other cvs I have been to. Anytime I called them, they would not answer the phone and when they actually do, they are rude and being unprofessional. There is also not enough staffs to help at night it seems. I went to the pharmacy at night to check on my medicine and there was four customers and one pharmacist. The pharmacist was being rude to customers and make them wait for 30 minutes. I went to another cvs after that and I finally got my medicine, which didn't take long. This cvs is terrible and awful. I suggest you go to another one.

I had a terrible experience at the pharmacy. Peter Dawfik (unsure of spelling) is extremely discriminatory. I was waiting in line to be helped. He told me (BF) that he would help the other customer (WM) first even though he wasn’t in line. Once I walked up to finally be helped, he said that I had to wait for the other pharmacist to help me because he had to go assist another customer (also WM) and that he wouldn’t help me. When asked why he couldn’t just quickly pull up my prescription so I could be on my way, he just said it wouldn’t be quick and told me to wait. The only reason it’s not 1 star is because the other pharmacist was kind and helpful. He shouldn’t be representing CVS or working in the neighborhood if he doesn’t want to work the community that lives and funds the CVS. He’s extremely rude, and I hope CVS will take the proper actions against him.

My experience with the pharmacy has been some of the worst customer relations I have ever had. On top of their lack of common courtesy, they fail to even provide information. I've been trying to get my rx filled for a week. Fatihma refused to call my Dr for insurance clarification, then she made me wait an hr to tell me the meds were expired. When I asked them to order, Fatihma said why? Just go to another store. When told to come back the next day, Fatihma then made me wait another 15 min to tell me they didn't have it. The lack of communication and poor attitude equal a horrible time for anyone going to this pharmacy. Just quit all ready.
