This CVS is disappointing. I just moved in nearby and it shows a 24-hour CVS on the map. When I went to buy medicine at around 10 pm one night, I found that it was closed. If it wasn't for 24-hour operation, you should have changed the description on the map instead of keeping it to mislead others!

The parking lot and the storefront is filthy, There is litter everywhere. I went in at 8:15 in the morning to pick up medication for my son where I was lectured that the pharmacy is not open until 9 AM. When I said I thought this was a 24 hour pharmacy they laughed at me they said not anymore. OK fine but shouldn’t it at least open at 7 AM if it’s inside of a 24 hour open CVS store?

Usual, quite busy and not very much user-friendly local pharmacy. Instead of becoming another center of community life, like the library at the opposite side of Wisconsin Avenue, it operates a private monopoly model providing critical services to the customers who do not many options. The shop is quite helpful when we have another health crisis, but I would feel better if there is a reliable alternative. Needless to say, living on the Maryland side of the border with DC makes access to several services of this DC- located CVS store even more inconvenient.

Great place to find free parking if you want to grab Chik-fil-A or Panera. Or to get a haircut. The parking lot is never patrolled and no-one gets towed. People also park here to jump on the subway and to save the cost of parking downtown. Just watch yourself entering and exiting your car because the store itself is a constant target for shoplifting rings and they sometimes carjack people in the parking lot. Also if you are a CVS customer, you probably want to go to a different location because the parking lot here is usually full.

I placed a grocery order for delivery, Peanut M & M's, Hershey Nuggets, Lay's Cheddar Cheese Potatoe Chips, ($2.48), Pepsi, Mountain Dew and Ginger Ale, the bag of potato chips was not with order, and when I picked up the ginger ale soda cartonthe bottom fell out and there was a damaged half empty can, and the carton was wet.

I was in tears this morning. The gentleman who sits outside has taken it upon himself for the last 3 years to spit at me, yell racial slurs and shout angry comments as I walk by. Generally I simply ignore him (I use to try and be kind but it got only worse), but today I had my child with me who is now old enough to become fearful and recognize danger. I spoke with manager quickly in regard to the situation and she smiled saying yeah she doesn't know how he will be from day to day, but by the way did I need to buy anything.......wow okay. I will no longer shop here. The police have been called multiple times on this man(not by me) and the store either can't or refuses to acknowledge the situation. Out of protection for my children though I will no longer shop here.

The staff is so kind & very pleasant to work with. They always help and make sure that everything I need is accomplished as best as possible. My young daughter absolutely adores everyone that works there as well. A few of the staff members actually make a point to go out of their way to make her feel so special when she comes with me. I cannot say enough good things about this store, pharmacy, and staff (which includes the security staff at the front). We look forward to coming to this CVS and definitely recommend to others!

Waited for nearly two hours to get my prescriptions. Staff at pharmacy moved on to other customers before finishing my prescriptions even though I had been there for 1hr and 40 minutes. Very upsetting and infuriating as I had returned from a clinic yesterday and today and had been sick whilst waiting for 2 hours. Felt like I was disrespected and blindsided maybe because I did not appear sophisticated enough as the other people who were waiting.
