Pharmacy staff are very rude. My husband asked basic questions about our prescriptions and they were curt and had attitude which is unnecessary. Do better for those who are sick.

Why is there no security at the door? The shoplifting happening after school hours as the kids go to the metro is out of control. Avoid this place.

One of the worst CVS/Walgreens stores I've ever been to. It's cluttered to the point of looking like a cheap $1 store. They seem to be out of a LOT of products. I went there an hour it was supposed to open and the "keyholder" told me she couldn't open the store until one other employee arrived. This is true. A lot of retail operations have this rule; however, it's an indication of how dysfunctional this store is.

I am not sure what has happened with CVS but the service has changed my email to me. They move the line and the staff was friendly. This hasn't happened to me at a CVS pharmacy as far back as I remember when I go to CVS. I just expect to get terrible service but it seems the tables have turned or the tires of turn hats off to you CVS pharmacy However, the service has been so bad over the past decade that I cannot give a five star rating just yet we need some consistency ;) Tips 1) You can put in your prescriptions through the app. It saves some time. 2) go to CVS for your prescriptions pay extra for a little five or $10 plan they will deliver for free and you can spend the money at the store 3) CVS - pls keep this up; I was just about to change your store from my preferred location.

The store did not have much of anything in its beauty and hygiene section and almost everything was under lock and key as mentioned in the previous interview. This CVS also has questionable patrons as well which brings down the atmosphere of the store. I do not recommend it.

I got a notification that my medication was ready and I got there and they couldn’t find it and made me wait 10 minutes. I was very busy and this messed up my schedule

Probably the worst CVS I’ve ever been to. Shelves were completely empty and it was hard finding the things I needed.

This is by far the worst CVS ever!! Not only is the staff unprofessional, rude and disrespectful, but t this place is unorganized, cluttered, and dirty!! I called the cooperate office and reported this hopefully they will make changes but until then please protect your mental health and go to the CVS around the corner!! You will thank me later.

I so tired for going in this location for cringe worthy bad service.. JUST RUDE SKINNY BLACK GIRL FIRST NAME STARTS WITH M. I TELL THE MANAGEMENT LADY WITH DREADS SARCASTICALLY YELLS DONT LET IT RIUN YOUR DAY. I WON'T RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL $15_17$ hour BIG MAD I give the manager Brianna 5 starst..but her crew????. I would have left with out my change because Diamond RUDE confused self.but nobody reads these they don't care

The store has many items under lock and key now which requires you to have an assistant get the smallest items like deodorant. It’s unfortunate that the store had to implement this.However, this review is about the poor customer service. The person opening the locked door for me to buy simple items was impatient and rude. The management didn’t seem to care either.Horrible customer service at the employee and managerial level. I won’t be going here any more even though it’slocation is convenient.
