All the employees are friendly and helpful every time I shop there. However, this pharmacy has messed up my prescription at least three times. I have to start getting my prescriptions filled somewhere else. I live in the neighborhood so it was very convenient. But I’ll have to go out of the way to get my prescriptions filled from now on. I would rather avoid the headache.

I visited your store at 3642 Georgia Ave NW, Washington, DC 20010 today (May 8, 2025) and had a disappointing experience at checkout. The cashier was disrespectful and didn’t know how to handle my coupon. He asked a coworker, but she was also unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. As a neighbor in this community, I no longer feel comfortable shopping here and wouldn’t recommend this store to others. I hope these issues are addressed through proper training.

Most stores in this area have a lot of the basics locked up. It's annoying, but I can't really fault them for that. The 5 stars is because of the stores that have everything locked up, this is probably the easiest/ quickest to get someone to come unlock. I haven't really had an issue with products being out of stock here either. Hopefully we'll get back to crime/ COL levels where I can buy deodorant off the shelf again, but in the meantime, it really does seem like this store is doing the best they can.

Neatly stocked shelves and most of the produce is for most part pretty fresh. Clean store, good cashier and the store clerks . Some bargains , but has started to become my go to store.

Pharmacy clerk name Tashei was very rude and disrespectful to mumbling under her breath unacceptable language towards me. She was helping a man before me and was in process of helping another man one sat down and I sat down as well while she continued to help the other man another person walked up and waited and she took her 1st. So I stood up and said excuse me I was waiting I said it very nicely and she proceeded to get an attitude with me mumbling under her breath and I stated that it’s no need to get nasty she proceeded to act like I was some bother to her. I’ve been coming here for 6 years and never had not one problem with any clerk or anyone here I don’t appreciate the nasty rude behavior because if I would have act out in retaliation I would humiliated myself due to a person you have working for your company dc is a dangers place you never know who will walk up to your counter and need help I expressed to the pharmacist about her behavior and was told they are under pressure hell will talk to her there was no line or anything to be pressured and if they were how else would she have treated others definitely needs to be trained

The new pharmacy hours make it very difficult to pick up prescriptions during the week. 9-7 corresponds with most people's working and commuting hours. I haven't been able to pick up my prescription all week because they close at 7 now. Cvs needs hire enough pharmacists for multiple shifts. The staff they do have are great, but clearly they aren't paying people enough to keep them.

The anti-theft measures make it tough to buy for anything, but the store and pharmacy staff have always been friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience better than at a lot of other CVS locations in DC.
