Easily the worst pharmacy in the area. Their staff always has an attitude, seem angry/annoyed, and they clearly do not communicate with each other. If you can go to a different pharmacy, I highly recommend it. Save yourself the trouble from this poorly managed branch.

If I could give -100 I would do it instantly. The emergency service with visits to the doctor is terrible, the worst. I only needed an emergency prescription for my infected eye and the doctor's schedule was completely scheduled. There was no cost in saying, wait a minute and see what. I can do it for you. Wait for me to see if someone is late. I went twice for nothing. If you have an eye infection, do not hesitate to go to Dr. Golriz, a few blocks from the place, she treated me with great quality.

I’ve always had a positive experience and staff have been helpful and friendly. Today went in for passport and was all set under 10 minutes.

The worst!! There was one rep, no registers open. She looked constantly annoyed at any request for help. I stood at the self checkout with an interruption of service requiring a rep to unlock the pause in checkout. She was nowhere. I asked the only other person, a security guard, to find her. He had little interest. I stood there for 10 minutes, line forming behind me, when she finally, slowly sauntered up to help, looking extremely inconvenienced. I will never go to that CVS again!!

I have mixed feelings about this CVS location at 655 K Street NW in Washington. After 15 years as a customer at another CVS I was automatically moved here when that location closed. At first the transition seemed good, but over time, there have been instances when the service at the pharmacy has been very poor here. There is one person who used to work at my previous location who continues to give excellent service, but other people have been very rude, unprofessional, and less than helpful. The most recent incident occurred today where I’ve been having trouble refilling a prescription. Please do better before I take my business elsewhere.

Every time i call the pharmacy they act like I’m the biggest idiot on the planet for asking a question about my prescription and it’s as if they’d rather lay in front of incoming traffic than speak to me. They can’t offer bare minimum human decency let alone a status on any medications. My prescriptions have constant delays with no status or estimate. 0/10 don’t recommend.

Horrible woman on the phone in the pharmacy!! Very unhelpful and rude. Hung up on me when I was trying to get info on a RX. Will never go back. CVS needs to hire better people.

Never again. I am not someone who goes to corporate to complain, but I went “full Karen” in this instance.First they didn’t have my medication, so they had to place an order for it. It took them two days to obtain it. Ok, not good, but no big deal. When supposedly they were going to have it, the pharmacy was unexpectedly closed last Friday 9/22 as well as this past Monday 9/25. I called on Saturday, and was only the informed my doctor had failed to send a diagnostic code with my prescription, therefore it couldn’t be filled until Monday when my doctor’s office reopened. Geez, I wish I had been informed about this before they ordered my medication during the work week, so I could have actually reached out to my doctor during office hours and done something about it. Monday rolls around, my doctor attempted to call their pharmacy to fix the problem, except the pharmacy did not answer. These guys were closed unexpectedly yet again!!!It has been 6 days without my medication. At last today, I was informed they are in the process of filling my medication. The Pharmacy Tech refused to give me an estimate on when it would be ready, she just told me very tersely “You’ll receive a text message”. Like, what the heck? Getting the prescription you need shouldn’t be a part time job.Avoid this place.

This CVS pharmacy is the worst. I've had continual problems with their service but this week was the final straw... i went to get my must have prescription and found it had closed all day. Then the next day they put a hold on my script for amoxicillin without telling me why. After trying to get anyone on the phone for 35 minutes, I was told it was out of stock? who runs out of such a basic drug. so I went back the 3rd day and it was again closed. Then I get a text message saying an unforeseen emergency has caused them to reschedule my appointment for vaccines. That's it, I am having all my prescriptions transfered to the Safeway down the street.

Pharmacy closed since at least 1pm on a Friday. I called several times, 1:00pm, 1:15 pm, and 2:05pm. The phone system kept saying they were closed. I thought something was wrong with the phone system so I went there in person. Arrived about 2:30pm. And to my surprise, the pharmacy was really closed!! There was no signage saying why they were closed. Not sure when I can pick up my rx now since the posted hours are obviously not being followed.

The pharmacy does not stay open consistently. CVS does not staff it well enough so that if there’s a problem it can stay open. Example? Closed at 4pm on a Friday.

Staff was exceptionally helpful a UPS return. Clearly good teamwork among employees.
