Staff are so mean!! If they close at 6:00pm you will find them closed around 5:50 and they would still be there and not help you. This cvs has always treated its customers so poorly and if I did not live in the neighborhood, I would have chosen a different location. Very bad management !!!

CVS Pharmacy on K Street in Washington, DC, consistently provides a reliable and convenient shopping experience. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything from health essentials to snacks. Their extended hours are a plus for busy city dwellers. Overall, a great local place that prioritizes customer care!

I will no longer refill with CVS since you can no longer get connected with a person. You have to leave a voicemail and wait till they call you back. It adds hours to the process, so I am switching to a pharmacy in which I can talk to a person when calling.

There is no option to call the pharmacy directly. You can only leave a voice mail that they never respond to. I would give this zero stars if I could.

This location needs to go. There’s just no effort here. The front doors have been broken and shut for over a year, making it less accessible. The place is in constant disarray with boxes and merchandise strewn across the floor, awaiting to be placed.
It’s routinely understaffed, the store hours are limited, and the pharmacy hours are *extremely* limited considering that this is downtown next to a convention center in the heart of a major metropolitan city.
They rarely have basic merchandise in stock, and when it is, it’s no longer price competitive.
I hate the idea of buying everything from Amazon, but it’s cheaper and a far better experience than this place. Under better management this place would be great, but that seems to be in even shorter supply than their inventory.

I really appreciate everyone at this CVS! I find the folks who work here to be kind, patient and helpful. I recently went to pick up some photo prints and realized there was only prints for 2 of the 3 cameras I sent in to be developed. Ashley helped me navigate the confusion, and we shared some laughs throughout the process. She went above and beyond to help me track down the missing camera! Thank you!!
