Customer service is very bad. I went yesterday on Valentine's Day and a lady told me very rudely that I couldn't go in with my scooter. I've been there before and no one had said anything to me, and she insisted that I go and put wax on my scooter, and if it gets stolen, who pays for it?

I am a physician and will be directing all of my patients to transfer their prescriptions to another pharmacy. A patient of mine had a perfectly legitimate prescription refused by the pharmacist because he felt the prescription was inappropriate, and the license numbers on the prescription were incorrect (the same numbers have been used for 20+ years). When I tried to call the pharmacist to clarify, I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes, and I had to hang up since I had other patients who needed to be seen.

I have been calling multiple times for the past three days and leaving a voicemail for medications refill. It’s sad how no one answers the line or call back. Medication is very essentials please fix your phone line system.

I went to his CVS yesterday, 10/24/2024, and brought candy. When I got home, I was eating it and wondered why it was so hard. I thought it was because it was cold outside, but then I found out that this CVS sells expired candy. please watch out when you come here.

Visited occasionally when staying in the Hamilton Hotel. This place is grim. Lots of beggars and drug addicts inside and outside the shop, they even have to lock away things like toothpaste inside to prevent theft and it often seems understaffed. Didn't feel safe. There's a better and friendlier one on 14th the other side of Franklin Park. Use that.

This location seemed very empty. It's entrance is easy to walk by without noticing because it's just along the 14th street wall of the Embassy Suites.
Some of the shelves were empty, the staff were too busy talking to each other to bother with those of us who came in early in the morning.
The people and selections were better at the Logan Circle CVS just a quarter mile down the road.

Straight garbage experience. No one was at the counter but the cashier who was resting her head on the counter. I had 4 items and she states "self checkout is open" and my reply is U don't want to use self check out. She proceeds to walk from behind the counter to edcort me to self checkout. Yeah what a great experience.

When I tried to load cash onto my cash app card the cashier specifically told me that their establishment did not load cash onto cash app cards they only load cash onto chime card and when I talked to the people at cash app customer service the representative told me that they do provide that service and that I should have been able to load my card there I was not able to load my cash app card at any 711 I feel that I was being discriminated against by the foreigners that work there they have a malicious animosity towards local black men in this area and they mistreat us at any chance try get
