Rude unhelpful staff. Also when I was walking around looking for something, one of the employees was following me and watching me a bit too closely even though I was wearing my office clothes and not doing anything weird. Not sure if just a really bad coincidence or they thought I was shoplifting for some reason.

ordered same day pick up photos only to show up and have them say the machine is broken?? no communication before hand, nothing. complete waste of time and garbage service

For those of you complaining about your bad experience with the pharmacy, I would suggest you look into the process of how a prescription is filled, and the time it takes, depending on many different variables, to fill a script!! You're not the only person who needs medicine, this pharmacy is understaffed, but it's not the pharmacists fault, and sometimes it takes the provider or the insurance company a long time to return phone calls. You should drop off your script and know that it's not gonna be ready in minutes, and quit being so ignorant and impatient. Have your doctor call the script in or use auto refill or simply be more patient. This reminds me of people who go to the ER a n d get mad when someone who came in after them gets scene first and start yelling at the staff. If they knew what the definition of "Triage" was, maybe they wouldn't be so damn ignorant. Ignorance isn't bliss, it's laziness

got flu and covid vaccine here. "Pharmacist" stuck the entire inch long needle in my arm TWICE. was unnecessarily painful. is this person even qualified to work there???

Of all the horrible CVS pharmacy I have endured over my 32 years, I can affirm that this one is actually good. The pharmacist and staff are very helpful and accommodating.
