This pharmacy makes the DMV feel like a beach vacation.\\n\\nThe staff, especially the pharmacist, Barry, and the woman with the short blonde hair, are constantly treating customers like they are bothered by them being there. The female employee with the short blonde hair makes it a hobby to top herself with how rude she can be to each patient in line. I’ve never seen her greet or thank anyone (even if they greet or thank her), or even look up from her phone to acknowledge someone she is currently “helping”. What I have heard from her countless times is telling patients that they can “go to another CVS” if they don’t like her attitude.\\n\\nAnyone asking for help to navigate the insurance/ pharmacy procedures to get a prescription filled is met with dirty looks, shrugs and the absolute minimum effort, if any at all. Barry, the pharmacist, will straight up lie about submitting necessary paperwork to avoid work. If his eyes could roll any harder, this guy would be a professional revolving door. It takes multiple attempts, include phone calls and showing up, to get them to to submit the correct information or even tell you what is holding up the refill on their end. They take “not my problem” to a new level. Literally playing with people’s health.\\n\\nLast time I was there, they tried to get an elderly customer to pay for her prescription out of pocket for the next 4 months so that they could avoid reaching out to her insurance and helping her figure out what was causing the problem. I was able to hear all this because, just like with me, Berry and his staff have no problem yelling personal medical information across the pharmacy to each other and to customers. They also have no problem complaining about customers to coworkers loud enough for everyone to hear.\\n\\nOf course approaching them about any of this will get you invited to “go to another CVS” and will instantly get your refill time tripled out of retaliation. Lovely.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this CVS at night. Their parking sucks at night. They have an entrance for the parking garage wich they do validate your ticket, but they close the back door and you have to walk around the block to go inside CVS. The streets at night are so sketchy. I highly recommend coming during the day. Also the validation machine stand in the parking garage is not visible at night and I just didn't know till after 10min I found d it and it was by the entrance of the parking garage lol. I also agree to the reviews, usually it's always empty here, and bad customer service.

There is something seriously wrong with this CVS. I know I am Yelping a CVS but if I save one person from going here, that is a win. This has happened not once, but TWICE, where I've gotten something expired. The first time, I bought chocolate milk. I took a swig and almost vomited on the pavement. It was about a month expired. Heinous, Jail.I bought pretzels but something was a little off when I took a bite. 2 MONTHS EXPIRED.I swear, this CVS be trynna kill a b***h

This CVS has one of the worst pharmacies. They are not helpful, and will absolutely never pick up their phone. I'm surprised this place is still open for business given how under staffed it is and how horrible the staff are at doing their job.

No one will help you if you call on the phone.

The workers here make you feel bad for asking for help. Going to the pharmacy is the worst. They obviously hate their jobs. I wish they would get new jobs.

If you EVER need anything from a CVS pharmacy steer clear of CVS Washington place near Home Depot. You will develop new symptoms just dealing with them!! The male pharmacist is very professional.

Throwing around "worst CVS on Earth" is a big deal, considering the general quality of the locations EOTP. However, I nominate this one without hesitation based solely on the pharmacy. First off, they're often out of common medications. When your doc sends the prescription, one would expect to hear from the pharmacy if they can't fill it, right? Nope. They won't tell you they're out, they'll wait for you to call and ask where your medications are. You'll ask if they will have it in soon, and they won't answer. If your meds are schedule, you then have to call your doc for a new prescription to be sent to another pharmacy. Second, they "lose" medications. They documented my son's prescription as "filled" when I never picked it up and we didn't receive it via mail. I've had to pay out of pocket for his meds because they refuse to correct the system, probably because they'd be acknowledging error. Third, the staff is so ridiculously rude that it seems like a job requirement. My insurance chains me to CVS, but I go to another one now. It's a shame because everyone who works through the rest of the store is really cool.

DO NOT, I REPEAT...DO NOT get your prescriptions filled/refilled here. This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. Like everyone mentioned, the staff are not friendly and the shelves are usually empty. The pharmacy experience is always frustrating. On more than one occasion they've notified me saying that my prescription was filled only for them to tell me that they need to "find it" when I arrive. This has now happened 3 times. They have two lines - if you ask for your prescription and they can't find it, they send you to the drop-off line and have you talk to another pharmacist. Then that pharmacist sends you back to the other line after they confirm that they do in fact have your prescription (no s***** Here's the kicker....you'll have to go to the end of the line....so yea, good luck doing this during busy times. They are very understaffed so they insist on helping the next person in line instead of just taking the 5 extra minutes to get your prescription. So you'll see a lot of pissed and confused customers wondering why they are now standing in line again. Im currently writing this review while waiting for them to refill my prescription after receiving a notification that it was ready. It's been 2 hours. Needless to say, I'm done with this place.

The service at this location's pharmacy is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! Whether there's 1 person in the line or 10, it's going to take 10-15 mins for anyone to help you. Doesn't matter how many people are working cause 1 AND ONLY 1 person will assist customers with pick up, answering questions, looking up insurance information, etc.. I definitely plan to switch locations before my next refill

If you ever want your prescriptions filled, you should find a different location. I've never managed to fill a prescription, even a refill, without at least three weeks of back and forth. They hate answering the phones, so they've left me hanging on hold for up to an hour only to hang up on me. When I go in person, I get told to come back on another day because it's "not her problem". I want to like this store because it's convenient, but even for a convenience store it's rough. Despite being a new building, it looks old. The shelves are usually empty with boxes of new merchandise scattered around the aisles and entry way half unpacked. The fridge is often running warm, so be wary while purchasing any perishables. Everything smells kind of like mildew. Some of the pharmacy techs and cashiers are nice, but that's about it.

Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before coming here or attempting to fill a prescription here. I wish that I had so that I could have saved myself the past two days of trouble trying to get my prescription filled. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
