Probably one of the SLOWEST pharmacies in DC. The girl with the square white glasses is probably one of the rudest employees there. She obviously hates her job & is one of the most miserable employees in the whole store. She is the ONLY reason they're getting a 1 star from me. Everyone else is amazing!!! Everyone, but that one girl thank you for being so patient & working as hard as you can!

THE PHARMACY CLOSE AT 6:00pm on Saturday. I call at 5:20pm no one answers the pharmacy phone. I call the front of the store and the employee states that the pharmacist are in the back. THIS IS RIDICULOUS, NO ONE SHOULD BE SUBJECTED TO THIS WHEN THEY NEED MEDICINE. IF YIUR SHORT STAFF THAT DOES NOT FALL ON THE CUSTOMER WHEN SOMEONE IS REALLY IN NEED OF MEDICINE. NEED TO HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES TO CARE FOR THE CUSTOMERS. TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR JOB EVEN IF THEY ARE SHORT STAFFED AND HAVE TO DO TWO JOBS.

If you go, expect slower service. With short staff, there's often a line at the pharmacy. Due to theft, there are no self-checkout lanes and usually only one person is behind the register.Despite the wait, they have all the usual CVS products from medicine to candy to greeting cards. Some of the more expensive items like laundry detergent are behind glass. (Ask a worker to unlock it for you.) There's street parking and a large lot by Lidl nearby.

The absolute worst pharmacy to go to The lines are always long, only one person working the window, and they forgot one of my prescription, and thought I was going get back in line and wait another 30 minute. I'm contacting corporate this pharmacy needs to be shut down asap.

Their electronic Rx system is broken. After fighting with them for four months, running out of medication every month, while my doctor sent multiple prescriptions and called repeatedly, I finally tried a new location. I immediately received my medication with no fight! For the first time! This location maintains that the issue is with my doctor, but clearly that's not the case. Go anywhere else.

This is the worst location ever in SE. They do not answer the phones and their customer service is deplorable! They act is if you’re bothering them by asking questions, and to hear how some staff members speak to older adults is disgusting and disrespectful to say the least.

Scheduled a flu shot and COVID booster at this location. Checked in online and also in person. There was a long line at the pharmacy for pickup but not for vaccines. Overall, it was a good experience. I had to wait about 25 minutes past my 6 pm scheduled appointment time. But, this wasn't nearly as bad as when COVID shots were first being administered. I've started a new COVID- 19 Vaccination Record Card. I'm on my fifth shot. Time flies and my immunity keeps getting stronger. Thank you, CVS!

Had a vaccine appointment at 2:15pm. Even though I got there 15m early my vaccine and also checked in through the email I was sent it still took a whole 50m until the guy administering it came out to get me. His excuse was "he didn't know i was here" although I went up to the counter and provided my name multiple times. Seems like everyone at this Pharmacy is incompetent.

Yea I agree with the other comment! They definitely sit there and watch the phone ring and won’t pick up! Prescriptions are NEVER ready on time then when you come in to pick up or check they say “oh 2 more hours” smh it’s ridiculous! I’m trying to call right now and no answer they’ve been open since 8! Nobody wants to take the time out to go up there and check for a prescription just to find out it was never started! They need to do better

I am a regular at this CVS and I usually have a good experience. The cashiers are almost always welcoming and greet me when I come in. However, I recommend the cashier named Aknola get some retraining. When I came to the store he was standing in the doorway smoking a cigarette so I had to slide past him just to get in. Then when I was checking out he harassed the woman checking out in front of me. He generally was rude to her and aggressive when she asked for help. He then asserted that she was from Nigeria which she corrected him for assuming. He then ranted at her about how African people like her hold themselves so above black people in this country and need to work on their pride. The whole interaction seemed inappropriate and clearly made her feel uncomfortable.
