I have bern using Cupid Cleaners for more than 6 years. Every time I drop off or pick up my clothes, I am always met with a smile, a hullo and quick to get my dry cleaned clothes from suits to shirts to ties. I have never had a problem or if a spot was not quite gone they are quick to re-do the tie. I love our quick discussions of how they are doing and visa versa. A few times I have walked in and waited my turn only to see the client being rude, loud and demanding. The staff were ALWAYS POLITE & would just go quiet as the person was shouting his displeasure. I say a shame on the clients - go somewhere else!!! 5 stars for the staff working there and for the great dry cleaning or laundering our clothes!!!

ZERO STARS for WORST, RUDEST DRY CLEANERS IN DC. Avoid this overpriced RUDE dry cleaners! Young woman on duty ignores customers while talking on phone, is then unpleasant and resents being interrupted. $5.25 to dry clean, not launder shirts? Horribly over priced and they FAILED to remove a stain. I'll go to Jinn's Down 16th St. from now on, where they are not rude to their customers! I should have listened to so many at Beekman Pl who said to avoid Cupid Cleaners!

They lost my shirt. Then they said they would only give me store credit for less than 50% of the value of the shirt. They said that would be credited to my account but it never was. Go elsewhere.

Took a bridesmaid dress to be hemmed and the staff measured the dress and i told her i wanted it a bit shorter than what she was measuring. When I picked it up, it was still a bit too long and i was stepping on it as I walked, I was certain I would fall in it. Took the dress back and explained the situation and was given attitude from the same staff member about how they measure and it couldn't have been wrong, not listening to me at all saying I was not happy with the length. I tried on the dress and we re-measured but whenever I explained what I wanted, the staff argued with my request. She even made a comment saying "clearly you don't know how this works"......However, if a customer has a request and wants something hemmed a certain way, isn't THAT how it works? Respecting the customer's request? She eventually let me go through with what I wanted, but with a lot of unnecessary attitude and snarky comments. there were other customers present as well, it was really unprofessional

Shirt $2.60, Suits $13.60, dress only $9 this place is only affordable in DC for sure. Owners serve from their heart! Surprising some people leave review it’s overrated. They should try out different places and have sense about service and price. Quality of service is 10/10.

Stumbled upon this place while on a walk. Very cute inside with lots of plants! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and the service was top notch! Definitely will go again when needing clothes dry cleaned

RIP OFF!!!! Easily twice The price that I paid for the same amount of items elsewhere. Not sure how they even stay in business with these outrageous prices. And it's not something new, they have always had more expensive prices even before the current inflation situation. Take your business to Seven Brothers Around the corner on Columbia Road and save your money.
