the staff is rude they way they treat and talk too youth is awful especially ms callaway she needs to b fired expect mr weeks and mr rogers and they don’t even help you i was waiting on documents for months & the dove store policy is trash! u have to wait a month to get one or two items from there that people donate to homeless youth why is there even a limit how are y’all helping it’s just terrible there..

Mr. Taylor the director is very rude and inconsiderate for employees who are trying to make a living and work. He will force shifts on you and management provides unsafe situations for staff. There is no security at these facilities and if something happens management turn there phones off and will not answer:

My own experience with Covenant House Greater Washington I was currently in college pursing my career as I was getting my bachelor degree in sociology. I applied here to give me some kind of skill as I continue my journey. I did like my employment their in the beginning but overall management didn't seem to understand me or didn't care too. Which is fine it only a stepping stone for me
