If you can somehow get on this guy's schedule, do it, but it's rare that he opens his books for new appointments anymore. Incomparable levels of skill, professionalism and personal touch, this one needs a sixth star

Simply the best! Carlos is an incredibly talented artist and I cannot recommend him highly enough. His work is consistently gorgeous, he is the most kind individual, and his salon is beautiful. I do not trust anyone else with my hair.
