“I took my high end gaming PC to Advanced Computer Support when my monitor went black and unresponsive after some years of use. The company I bought it from was no help and essentially told me I was on my own. At first they could not figure out why it was doing this, and because of this they were not going to charge me for their services. I made the decision to have it taken apart so I could sell the parts individually and it was during this time that they figured out that my monitor was black because of a bad LCD inverter! They promptly ordered a new one and reassembled my PC and it has been working fantastic ever since! Would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing issues with their PC!”

“Getting there is dreadful, but once we were inside everything went well. We had to get files off a badly-damaged MacBook. We only had to wait about 5 minutes to get service at the Genius Bar, and the genius who helped us got up to speed on the problem quickly and was able to help with the transfer. (Caveat: trying to make an appointment here was basically impossible. We opted for a walk-in at 5:30pm on a Tuesday.)”
