After I spilt water on my laptop, it wouldn't turn on at all. The guys at ComputerPlus were amazing and fixed my computer completely in two days!

Dell Support charged me almost $400, took 2 months (not an exaggeration), and ultimately didn’t fix the issue.Computer Plus cost me less than half the price, and they fixed my computer in less than 2 days.

My computer was completely inoperable due to hard drive damage, and ComputerPlus had it completely fixed the next day. ComputerPlus's service was fast, professional, and effective. They sold me a new solid state drive, installed it, and had it ready for pick up very quickly. The price was fair, $150 for the hour of work, and $150+tax for the new hardware. I will definitely come back if my computer faces serious problems in the future!

Update: my laptop won’t turn on at all now!Went in because my laptop kept freezing and/or shutting off with no warning. Got charged $270 for what looks like virus cleanup, reboot, etc. but did not solve problem. Told them what the problem was when I went in so they should have made sure that was solved before returning my computer. I wouldn’t have minded paying the $270 if this issue had been fixed.

Phillip did an excellent job at working efficiently on my laptop. My laptop was taken in on Friday afternoon and was done by the following Tuesday! Phillip was very kind and professional. I will definitely be visiting ComputerPlus for my future technology needs. Thanks Phillip!

Dropped off laptop which had a chronic very short battery life for diagnosis. No call back - so I went to the store, was told it was AC power supply (which it turns out was not accurate - there is a battery problem per HP). I was given a loaner power supply, and new HP AC supply to be ordered. No call back. After 10 days I went to store and was told my new power supply was sold to someone else. No apology, no refund, no re order. ???

Far and away the best computer repair in DC, and let me tell you why. I had my custom PC fixed here once in 2019 - they had it fixed completely in a couple days and for under $300, even though they had to buy a replacement component.I had an installation a week or so ago I was not feeling ready to do myself. Best Buy was my first try, but the service just to set an appointment was bad. I asked Computer Plus to help me out, and they did the work in just a few days, the majority of which was waiting for a part to be shipped in.The owner has been in the business for almost 30 years, so his prices are reasonable and reflect the experience of the team and the care they put in. There is also an option right on your initial ticket, to request an estimate before the staff begin work. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Imagine what they can do for your pre-built machine.
