Imani has been so helpful through the entire process of finding us a rental. We knew nothing about the DC area, and had a lot of specific needs for our rental. Throughout the process she has been so responsive, has found us great options, and is knowledgable about each neighborhood we visited. Not to mention she's just a wonderful human. She found us the perfect rental, and we couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our home purchase experience with Brittnee Sellers. Firstly, she took the time to educate us about the entire home buying process and provided all the necessary information we needed. Secondly, she made herself available at all times to answer our questions and provide additional information. Brittnee always scheduled the earliest possible appointments to tour homes, which was crucial given the competitive housing market. She also understood our specific needs regarding the type of home and location, accommodating both my partner’s and my preferences, as well as the needs of our two dogs.
Additionally, she went the extra mile by advising us on effective bidding strategies. The entire experience was smooth, transparent, informative, and overall fantastic. As first-time home buyers, Jesse and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to assist us.

We had a great experience working with our realtor, Sarah Brazell, who was invaluable to us as first-time homebuyers. She was so patient with us, met with us to go over the nuts and bolts of buying a home months before we started searching in earnest, helped us find an incredible lender, answered ALL our questions, and gave us her expert perspective while we looked at houses. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that she managed to do all of this while she was dealing with a family emergency, showing incredible grace under pressure. We also worked closely with her showing assistant, Lindsey Reese, who gave excellent advice and was readily available as well. I'd highly recommend working with this brokerage!

Brittany came highly recommended to us by a friend. She went above and beyond to help us find a rental property, including having a colleague show us a couple of places while she was out of town, and checking in to see how the showings were going. She is so easy to communicate with, and answered all of our questions clearly and quickly! Even after we found a place and signed the lease, she continued to check in and helped us find all the hidden documents and signatures we needed to make a home in a new state.
