Somebody came to your and went to the ATM machine and took my money off my card and they didn't have a card. So how the do that

It says open until 5pm, its before 3pm and its all closed. Dont know if google is to blame or Citi itself.

3 months ago I came and waited at the lobby for 1/2 hour and they said they didn't have notary. This morning online it says the bank opened at 9am, 2 ladies chit chatting behind the windows came and said I'm sorry the door says we are open at 10am! Dude! Fix your hours online!! The ugliest and worst Citibank branch!!!
