I initially wrote a review complaining about a wrong rate applied which really bothered me. Citibank reached out to me and fixed the issue. Thank goodness! Now I like them again

The worst service possible. ATM's dispensed $100 bills, not convenient when shopping locally. One teller if not around you're out of luck. It seems the two "bankers" sitting at their desks are not qualified to assist. The concept of customer service is alien to this group.

DO. NOT. BANK. HERE. They are not releasing a wire for the purchase of a home because the money is sitting with their "compliance department" and now my home offer is in jeopardy with me legally responsible. No one at the branch can give me any information and they just keep referencing this black box of a department as if they are not all a part of the same bank. Literally useless - take your money elsewhere.

Totally incompetent, sleepy banking center. Don't waste your time here - go to another location. The Relationship Manager (Agnes) opened the wrong type of account for me after I'd been sitting there for hours waiting. She didn't ask her superiors for guidance, resulting in me spending literally months trying to get it fixed with the Assistant Vice President (David) who also still made me come in-person for them to fix THEIR mistake, after I'd been there twice already. Poor communication, a lot of my time spent trying to chase them down, and on phone with customer service trying to get clear answers.

Very helpful branch manager. Will go out of his way to address your concern and business needs. I appreciate you, Sir.

Bad customer service can never get anyone to answer the phone. I been with Citibank for many years and the last few has gone downhill. Looking at usaa now.

This is the worst banking experience I have ever had in my life. Things that went wrong: 1. 1 hour wait with no explanation just to open a simple checking account (clearly they poorly staff managed). I went on a weekday at 3PM 2. The office staff had no idea what she was doing and had to consistant wait on her manager to teach her the functions. 3. KICKER - they got my name backwards (last name for first name and first name for last name). This after reviewing ALL my official paperwork with my name spelled right! Now I have to go back to the branch from hell for their royal screw up and wait another one to two hours of my life.

Citibank has some great services and this branch has some really nice people. But I tell you what, waiting to speak to one of their service representatives is like Jesus coming back waiting to speak to a service representative. You don't know the day or the hour, you just have to wait and be ready. I went in to speak with someone to get a change of address and a new card on a Tuesday morning. There were 3 patrons in the bank; one at the teller, one speaking to a service rep and myself. There were 4 employees there. I could not understand for the life of me why it took 45mins to be seen. 2 reps locked themselves in their offices then ha the nerve to keep looking at me. This quick stop into the bank on a slow day ended up costing me an extra and totally unnecessary trip to the parking meter. If you need to go into the branch be sure to either be the first one there, have a free hour or go to another branch.
