I would have give them a negative five if possible. I was the only person in line for five minutes, why the employees was chatting about hairstylist before a teller came to service me than the teller act like she had a attitude.I ask for all hundred dollars bill she was rude and said I give you what I had very disrespectful.I didn’t have time to speech with manger.I’m a twenty plus year customer I never had bad customer service from citi bank it maybe better to go to than branch.

Love this bank, I been coming here for several years now I never had a problem, it’s very clean and the staff is friendly I never seen a long line in there. This is the only bank for me. ?

The bank has the best customer service with a smile. The bank hall is clean and neat, staff here are very helpful as you access your financial needs. There are no big lines here you just go straight to a staff. The area has a good car parking spot for all types of clients coming here. I enjoyed my visit here.

One of the worst bank I have ever had. Over a month ago, they forced me to get new card with a chip on it which I have denied all year long because I didn't want it. So they left me with no option but was given a dummy card and they told me that they will send me the bank card with a chip on it via mail and it has been over month. They lost a 9 year customer.

1.) Opened an account and the teller spelled my name wrong on my ATM card! One of my biggest pet peeves next to Virginians and Marylanders claiming Washington, D.C. lol 2.) They held my money for over 2 weeks!. TWO+ Weeks! Everyday I was promised: "Your funds will be available tomorrow." Finally, I stormed into a branch (more like a supermodel than a vigilante) & demanded they release my money or else I'd close my account. The head teller said my paycheck was on alert for fraud even though its from a reputable firm. Yeah okay.....They finally released it based on the fact that I was planning on signing up for direct deposit. 3.) 3 weeks after waiting for my debit card to arrive in the mail, I was forced to use my Paypal Business Debit Card which directly withdraws funds from your account. I asked the branch if they even ordered a card for me. They said yes. They apologized and FedEx-ed me a new card. 4.) Got the card 2 days after I ordered it. I tried to add the card to my Paypal account and tried to use it to buy something online & received this message: "Invalid CVV or CVC code." I called customer service and they confirmed that they accidentally mismatched the credit card number and the security code. More waiting. What's next?
