The management at this specific citibank are assisting with identity theft. If you have a decent record, Do not sign up to bank with citibank at this location. Definitely don't open one for your kids at this location.

Doesn't value there customers ? have not had any covid relief for there customers a represent hu g up on me today I disputed and unauthorized transactions on my account and they told me it will stay there doesn't sound like there concerned about there customer just want to take your money time for me to find another bank its been over 25 years with this company i feel taken advantage of.

There on Matrix time slo-mo unless u a women u have boobs & yoga pants on just too get noticed by the so call branch manger Poor Man's Donnie Simpson it seems like it was a hassle answer my questions unless its do bank with us No & I Never will with the arrogance and ignorance level that they exist on

Nasty tellers, long lines and horrible customer service. Usually there are no more than two tellers and don't go during their lunch time or there will be only one teller. The security guard needs training as she is inept. She tries to hold meaningless conversations with patrons instead of protecting the premises. Here's a thought, fire the security guard and hire another teller!!!

I went in to open a new account and waited nearly 20 minutes without any form of eye contact from anyone. Besides, the security guard and the over the top phone conversation she was having.

Pottery decent branch. The employees here seem angry. I guess I can see why. This back is always packed and has at the most two tellers. All in all not bad.
