I ordered a double meat (chicken and steak) bowl with guacamole and was charged $22.55. I duplicate the exact order online later on only to find that the total (with taxes) come out to be $19.53. I'm not sure why the restaurant charges more than the online order, but I'd recommend ordering online if you can (unless they scam you with the amount of protein you order, i.e. giving only one portion when ordering two portions).[update] I'd prefer if the restaurant really cares about this issue not to respond with a bot with a link to the general "contact us" page.

The food is good quality, but this place definitely cheats you out of the portions, especially if you get steak or carne asada. I've had some really rude employees, who yelled at me for wanting to use cash, and give attitude about discounts on the Chipotle app. I started to order online to avoid the employees, and have been late to a couple of my meetings due to the food not coming out on time, and errors with printing my name. The manager is at least a nice guy.

Food was fine but lady who rung me up was extremely rude. Told her I wanted a drink then didn't charge me for it so I thought she was just being nice. I stood there waiting for it but she didn't give me one... she then tried to turn it on me by saying I didn't tell her I wanted a drink. This lady needs to learn how to work in food service, you should never blame the customer.

The staff in this location is terrible and the treatment towards the costumers is awful. Besides, they don’t like giving receipts. The cashier was the same one that took and served the order, however, this isn’t the problem. I don’t usually go to chipotle, so, when she asked what I wanted in my quesadillas I didn’t know what to answer, and just told her the first thing I saw in the menu. She then asked me if I wanted certain sauces or accompaniments, and of course she wasn’t happy doing that, as she was in a hurry. I didn’t care about that attitude because I know she was tired and had more clients. Now, the problem was that I asked her if I could have a glass of lemonade “Aqua-Fresca”, and she answer me harshly that it was already included in the combo. Then, I asked for the receipt and she sighed and told me that I was getting on her nerves. It is important to highlight that I spoke to her in a very polite way, I did not disrespect her nor asked a lot of questions. The food is not bad is acceptable, but if they are going to treat me this way I prefer going to a real Mexican restaurant, where they serve better food and are friendly towards their costumers.

Three words: bad faith agreement.I left this location was provided rice that was hard in some areas, ordered chicken, either the male or female staff put a S vs a C to get over/deceive, I was charged for a steak burrito and inside was chicken; I won't mention the associates name as it's on the receipt. As this location as enough 1 star ratings and the owner has yet to address its staff, perhaps an audit from another entity and further investigation is needed as being dishonest and fraud are related. I sincerely hope the owner understands this is your leadership and enabling bad behavior makes this business very questionable.

Fast, easy, friendly service and usual great food. This is filled with GW students so it has a different demographic atmosphere than most Chipotle restaurants.

I looked forward to ordering takeout but the store had either run out of, or was short on, ingredients. There was no brown rice, so I asked a very "sullen" associate if it would be available soon (I offered to wait) and she snapped back "I don't know. If you don't see it in front of you, its not there", and she refused to consult with the kitchen. Besides, she tried to juggle my multi dish order prep, messed it up badly, and was swearing.I have shopped at several Chipotle outlets across the country, but this one shone most bright for its poor customer service, lack of ingredients and shortchanging on quantities. Easy to see why other restaurants in the same market building were bustling with customers, but this Chipotle was almost empty.Fast forward to dinner - the meat was tough from hours under the heat lamp and the dishes were dry from very little salsa + vegetables (stingy servings). The chips and guacamole was standard fare.

They kick my mother in wheelchair and my father out of the restaurant. When we were about to get inside through the automatic door specially for disable people, they had it locked, and they didn’t open it for my mother. We went at 9pm to order food, they supposed to close around 10pm. After we order the food, we went to the tables to eat and they told us to leave with no manners. I asked why there wasn’t any signal and they answered rude to me and my family. We asked to go to the bathroom because my mother needed it and they refused to let us inside. They didn’t even have water. I hate the experience in this restaurant, I highly suggest to don’t go.
