I would never recommend this location. Each time I had to deal with a different banker because the original banker I've worked with had left. The last time my business partner and I went in to add her to my business bank account and apply for a business credit card using her as the personal guarantor, they allowed her to get the business credit card but come to find out, they never added her to the account. And now she's not able to use the business bank account to pay off the credit card. We now have to find time to take off to do the process all over again.This location is TRASH! I will be taking my business elsewhere. Service is horrible and the bankers don't stick around long enough for you to call and ask follow up questions.

Love, love, love this chase. Wish I lived closer, called in advance and they were super helpful. I was in and out in seconds and staff was so sweet and very well informed.

Tried to open up a business checking account. They only had one business checking account processor and she was too busy (and full of attitude) to even come out and speak with us. We felt like Chase didn’t want our business so we took our money elsewhere.

The most lazy most ignorant employees I've ever seen ?. Spanish girl & light skinned black chick, sitting talking trash instead of working. Got the nerve to talk when both of y'all at work looking busted. Would never be worth my time communicating with.

I am so happy here at chase! Even though you are very expensive for money orders cashiers checks and I cannot get money off of my cash app card unless I link my bank. The staff in the Anacostia office are always so pleasant and respectful and caring of me. I really appreciate that. They know even my voice when I call and I know them by name. Now that is customer service. I think the all deserve a raise or at least a bonus because being a community leader I know it has to be difficult at times but they never let me see any sour faces! All smiles and complements when I come into the bank. Thank you so much! Don’t forget their bonuses!

Poor customer service, Luck structured leadership. I was a customer Since they opened. But always had a terrible experience. Plus I don’t see the bank Policy even supporting the community. I am closing my account. Be aware!!!

Repeatedly declines my card with sufficient funds and no customer service to clear it. 4 grocery trip abandoned and I’m closing this account Monday.
