I've been to this branch three times now, and every time everyone was super friendly and helpful. They address you by your name and make sure you feel like a valued customer. I had some online transactions go sideways, and even though the branch wasn't involved the manager Felicia sat down with me and helped me sort the situation out. Really appreciate the customer service I received here!

I had a disappointing experience with this branch. When I called for assistance, the person on the phone was unhelpful and directed me to a 1-800 number instead of assisting me directly. I've come to expect this poor service in DC...

I went in 40 minutes before 1pm, which is when they close. My a family and I have banked with Chase our entire lives. The woman who welcomed us told me they close in 20 minutes, which was a lie. They refused to help me open a bank account for my husband even when I told them the need was dire. I have remarked a notable decline in chase service over the years and will no longer be baking with them.

This location is disgusting ! The customer service is horrendous! The branch manager Peter is never available for assistance. He is always out of the office. PLEASE TALE YOUR BUSINESS elsewhere

I don't know if all banks do this but this one permits me to enter afterhours with a non-Chase ATM card. I like that the ATM walls are glass and well lit in the vestibule because the neighborhood is still up and coming and feeling safe at night is important. There are two terminals and I liked that I could get smaller bills as small as $1! Again, I don't know if ATMs at other banks offer small bills, but I appreciate that this one does!

This is my local branch and I've noticed alot of unpleasant changes, first I've been coming here for a year or 2 and I've ALWAYS felt welcome and at home. The staff used to greet me with the warmest smiles and they was very personable. They made sure er felt at home and would help as much as they could. Within a month or so all the staff except one have left. Second I noticed a new branch manager. I really liked Ms.Rim she was very warm spirited and even if she couldn't help she made sure to assist as much as possible when her staff needed it. When this new branch Manger came in I think his name is Peter I started noticing the decline in staff moral...they tried to smile but I used to manage as well...I can pick up on actions and body language...they were uncomfortable, looked stressed and upset when we was around... the days I'd come in for the atm and he was absent they was back to normal. Third I personally have a complaint, I came in for a notory that took over an hr ...the branch manager was supposed to be assisting me...he was rude and ignored me multiple times , and made me feel like I was bothering him. After an hr of waiting for him to complete the process he handed me off to sayde. I watched her run from the window to helping other ppl that came in cause the branch manager wanted to sit in the office talking about how hot he was...even the security guard was helpful...Everytime I come in now they are severely short staffed and he sits in his office...doesn't greet and when customers ask for help he passes EVERYTHING to the other staff that are swamped...and this is just what I've noticed from passing through and sitting waiting for a 10ins service that took an HR plus...after these experiences and noticing that maybe Chase doesn't care about they employees makes me want to close my accounts because surely you won't care about me as a customer...that was shown Blatantly yesterday by the branch manager.

I went this afternoon for a deposit, and the crew was all happy and polite. I was kind of scared by the other reviews, but my experience was perfect so they deserve to have some good reviews

ATM is NOT available 24 hours what’s the purpose of having an ATM only inside and during banking hours

ATM lobby doors don’t work, or they no longer offer 24 ATMs. Either way, pretty meh. Also, who just want you to use the app instead of them doing the work. Very unfortunate

Useless. Can't access ATMs after hours.

Been in the branch three times, and they are unavailable to open up a new accountIt doesn’t matter how many employees you put into a branch when the culture is NO
