I am a business account holder and scheduled an appointment to have a client sign a document for me with a notary. I was turned away because my client is not a Chase customer, even though the document was related to my business. What's the point of being a business account holder with Chase if I can't do business at Chase branches?

Great customer service from Charles. The branch has helped me multiple times during my time in the area and has always been polite. They aided me with opening business and college checking accounts.

Great branch. They are friendly and professional and always help me do exactly what I need. Can also call them on the phone and change accounts very easily.

When I arrived and my husband exited the vehicle I saw a black Chase employee (wearing a sweater vest and a bald head) shake his head as he entered the branch. I was not even parked there 5 mins before the cops were called. We were making a purchase next door and intended to pay cash and I was waiting for my husband to return and to tell me how much to withdraw. Instead I just got out, now having to also remove my twins from the car and went in the branch and withdrew funds. The signs say "parking for bank patrons" not parking dor bank patrons who exit their vehicles in under 5 mins.

Extremely unprofessional behavior from the brown-haired female receptionist— I wanted to open a wealth management account but she turned me away the moment I walked in, even when the branch was empty. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but I feel sorry for any Chase customers (or her fellow coworkers) that have to tolerate her. Unfortunately a shameful stain on the Chase name.
