Everyone in the store is friendly, kind, and helpful. Annie and Joshua have been incredibly nice to me assisting along my shopping experience from fine jewelry, rtw to bags and shoes. Diana and Shani also provided constructive suggestions when I hesitated about which items/colors to get. I will keep coming back to this Chanel store.

Had the best experience thanks to Timothy! Everyone was so welcoming, kind, attentive and helpful. Timothy spent a lot of time helping me find the right fit. We thoroughly enjoyed this Chanel boutique and I would strongly recommend this location for an outstanding experience.

Front door security staff was nice, we had to wait for a bit. Inside the SA too obviously scanned our outfits and bags when she greeted us.
I ended up purchasing a pair of ballerinas. I was in DC for traveling purposes and didn’t get to check when she packed it for me. But when I got home I find the shoes creased. Guess a lesson learned.

I was on the hunt for a pair of Chanel earrings. Due to them being newly released, there was very limited inventory (only 1 pair in the whole United States). I called customer service and they said that one pair was in Vegas, but I’d have to see a specialist in a boutique.
I made an appointment, and Timothy was my Chanel Advisor. He requested the earrings for me, and I got them! My experience with him was AMAZING! First, he didn’t keep me there all day (I was on my lunch break and had to go back to work). From the moment I walked in, he had my profile set up and was very kind!! I feel like some associates treat you based on how you look, and he was NEVER judgy!! He got me the earrings that I was hunting down for 2 months AND it was the only pair available in the States!! I can’t thank him enough.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! So, my mom and brother and I were immediately greeted by workers who held the door for everyone, then when we walked in, our guide, Annie helped us select my mom's perfume. While we were looking around, she offered us free waters! Annie was so helpful when helping us select. She ended the experience with a bunch of free samples for me and my brother, and told us to visit her at Chanel next time we go to D.C. Thank you so much Annie!
