The apartments look nice but have bugs everywhere. In the course of a year, I've had hornets, ticks, spiders, everything! All coming from the oldest air vents in the world. The buildings were made in the 70s and it seems like they never replaced anything! Maintenance NEVER fixes anything. From August - October, I had no fridge and they wouldn't replace it.The front office staff is NEVER THERE! They literally only come in the first four days of the month for rent money after that, you'll never see them again. The new manager of the building is rude and disgusting. I moved out of there 4 months ago and I still haven't received my security deposit back. I stopped by the office and all she did was shrug her shoulders and roll her eyes. RUDE.

I saw a comment from a year ago that says they never answer the phone when you’re calling to inquire about apartments. Here’s an update an entire year later and they STILL DO NOT answer the phone smh. This is pitiful.

I moved in my apartment in July, when I moved in I did a walk through and everything was ready for me to move in. Any time I had any problems or concerns the office staff always had answers and the maintenance team was there to fix anything the same day or following day. I love that the staff interaction with the community (community day, Turkey give aways & story time for the kids) ... the security is always present & on call maintenance after hours always respond no matter the time. Thank you again cedar heights staff for always assisting me when needed . I’ve referred 3 of my friends to this complex . This is definitely a community I recommend

Crime is high. They raided my fiance car with no probably cause. The security guards are ok depending on who is working. They do not fix anything they only do patch jobs. It took them a year to fix a structural repair in my apartment and that was only because the break in the wall had a hole in my wall. The sheet rock is so cheap; a baby can put a hole in your wall. And they tried to charge me a $800 carpet fee when I never had carpet among other things they never fixed. The turnover rate in the leasing office is every 6 months to a year. Its one way in and one way out..

This is a place where MOST of the people have the CRABS IN A BUCKET ATTITUDE!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES trying to raise a HEALTHY FAMILY!!!
