After reading reviews , I realized I should have written a review of my own. I lived here for 2 years. Leasing office are scammers and liars trying to reach their quotas. They don't give accurate info so reqd your lease in detail befor signing ANYTHING. I provided ample move out notice as they requested only to be met with a harassment note and bill for a late move out fee and late notification. I tried to log into their community website where I sent my communications and they deleted me from there even before I ever moved out. Maintenance never comes and it takes multiple requests and months later to get acknowledged. God forbid you voice your concerns cause you're met with attitudes ACROSS the board
If you don't like your job Don't work there. It's simple. I'm still owed my security deposit after a year and change of not living there.
If you live there now cause you have no choice. Take pictures, save your documentation, record conversations cause they will try to lie. Document document document!!

Nice Rental office folks in main building. The maintenence is horrible RATS ,not mice, in walls. Rental Person in twins building is as bad a leasing consultant as they come . (veronica). Nice prices but just old building.

I went to A appointment on this day to see a two- bedroom apartment and had already spoken to Mrs. Barbara on the phone who set up the appointment for me on this day August 9th at 12:00 noon but when I got to the appointment Mrs. Barbara wasn't there someone name amber was but when I got there at 12:00 noon just to look at the 2 bedrooms I was told I had to wait a half hour to see the unit because the rental person was on the phone and when I asked why I had to wait a half hour just to see a to bedroom they was very nasty with lots of attitude so I didn't care to stay and that's not the first time those people gave me lots of attitude. But I keep my cool and just let them know that I was no longer interested. Remind you I had been waiting to see this unit since to weeks ago they kept giving me the run arounds they wasn't nice at all. So I will not be recommending anyone I know to move there also I had another friend who went through the same thing capital Park plaza need to put different people in that office soon.

Don't move here. There is mold and mildew growing on the walls inside from pipes leaking and the management will not get it fixed. Save your health.
To update this. The issue was NEVER resolved. I had to move out of this building and even let them keep my security deposit just so I'd never have to talk to the management again.

So I’ve had an issue August last year with my floor… tiles started lifting and there was mold under it. Took them forever to come and fix it. I had to literally put up a post on here for them to finally give me a call back about it.
Company came after a few months and I thought they had fixed it… when instead they just put a new floor on top of the old one!! (As you can see on the pics I’m posting. First one is of last year and the 2 other ones are now).
I called maintenance over a month ago for them to come check it and tell me the next step to fix the problem… they came to check and take pictures… said they were going to give me a call... Over a month and a half now and nothing. I called them a week ago to ask. Nobody picked up, so I left a voicemail… and have not yet receive a call from them…. ?? I just want a response and a fix please

I live here on this property for a couple of years. Infestation of mice. Rats are in the walls with a horrific smell The property manager has the personality of a penny I wouldn’t let my dog live here

The management in charge of this building is absolutely terrible. Do not expect to get anything resolved with them. I gave my 30 days notice and moved out 2 days early and left the apartment spotless. They charged me one months rent and said I moved out late. Luckily I had documented everything. They owed me part of my deposit and they said they sent it to the wrong address, then they said corporate was in charge of that, then they said the second check was voided. After almost two months of calling and emailing them, they finally sent my partial deposit.
There has been multiple shootings in front of the building and one inside the building in the past year.
Spend a little more money and move somewhere else.
The only decent thing about living there was the location.

Had to leave this comment today’s the last straw . Emergency water shutup for the 4th time in 2 months,without notification . 1 elevators been broke for 4 months . Piss and rodent smell in vents for weeks. Maintenance refused to go inside walls to remove poisoned rodents but,in fact,put down the poison. Just a horrible place to have to call “home”

Worst maintenance ever. Literally turn the water off for maintenance 3 times a month at the LEAST ,from 9-5 ,sometimes LONGER. Most times they won’t even notify ahead of time. Water might be off from 9am-10pm. Have plenty of mice and RATS in the walls they refuse to rid . Smell will get to the halls and vents and whole building will reek. Had to get hospitalized from the constant decaying smell from rodents .Apartments are good size and pretty big but doesn’t make up for OLDDD appliances . Oven&fridge and the laundry equipment is awful. Almost always 3 OOS machines in there. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody for the prices

I love living here the only problem I have is the people on my floor don't put the trash in the trash chute the put there trash on the floor but the trash chute which makes our floor smell like garbage and the air goes off to soon which on hot days makes it very hot in my home even with my fan on but other than that I love it here ❤

if i could give 0 stars i would. The Property management is the worst. they are very rude especially the leasing agent. She was very unprofessional and she needs to learn how not to be ghetto. They can get people out of character. Let’s not get started on security. they just need a whole new team overall.
