Very fradulent or scammer bank,please please do not chose this capotal one bank for checking account their ATM retained my money $5000 dollars deposite and I called and file a claim so the claim department do not want my money back,please please away from this type of bank .This is my recommandation do not stay in this bank take your money out immediatley, this is friendly adivce for you out there.Thanks.

Worst bank ever I had this bank for not even 2 weeks . I deposited a check yesterday not knowing the check would not clear till 5-7 business days. They are giving me partial of my money. Never had a bank that does this. I have chase and if I’ve known that, I would have deposited there. It says it’s deposited but not in my account. The app sucks. The disputes should be done via app. My money seem to be removing from my account very slowly. I talked to customer service unprofessional and was unable to help me. After my check is deposited. I will close it. I’ll stick to chase.

Let me start by saying I have two credit cards .and a checking and a savings with capital One .and have been a customer with Capital One for about five years. And decided to open a business account with my primary bank .but imagine my surprise the day of appointment .I was given every excuse as to why I could not be allowed to open a business account Even after having my letter of operations and my EIN number and other documents. I was told that I would not be able to open the business account .it has always been my belief that capital one . assisted there customers with finance /credit /and business support. imagine my surprise when I was being refused the opportunity to open up a business account with some of the most ridiculous excuses. after leaving Capital one I was able to open up a business account with another bank .that same day .and after reviewing Capital One‘s website I see that this happens often at this branch. It was inexcusable. and upsetting to me . I hope this is not the practice of Capital One although your website and reviews do have me concerned..

I been banking with them for some years but when I tried to open a business account for business I had all my paperwork they told me my social security number had a block it was funny that I used that same number to open my business account with a another bank I felt like they discriminated against because I'm trans women . I told them I had my operations because they asked me if I used any other names I felt humiliated and embarrassed I've been using my social security number for years and I have LifeLock so if my social security number was compromised they would had told me that my social security number was compromised. I really want to take my money out of this bank and go somewhere else I feel hurt and devastated.

I went to the bank today thinking that I was going to in go in and get something simple done in a reasonable time. That was a negative. The line was out the door but when I came it I was only 5 of us in line. Corey was the only teller that was servicing clients. He even asked the other two ladies for assistance and they never assisted. This was very poor customer service. Especially to never acknowledge their co-worker needed help and it’s the end of the day on a Friday at that.

I tried to make a deposit today and the teller said that they are only doing withdrawals and not deposits. What sense does that make? They just need to do away with this location because they are good for nothing. Don’t want to work. If I could have given zero stars I would have, because that’s what this location is worth!

There was a crack bag on the floor !!!! When the man in front of me told security he laughed and responded this is southeast. The people of southeast deserve just as much respect as any othe residents of the district. The security gaurds are too busy flirting with each other to realize that drugs are on the floor of the bank . I will never come here again I’m glad this isn’t my bank . This location is very slow you have workers not assisting customers even though the line is long.
