Came in to open an account, and I was told very rudely to do it online. The staff was not helpful and seemed to have no interest assisting customers open accounts. I will be examining other options for where to make deposits in the future.

I've made several attempts to contact a call bank regarding opening some business investment accounts but have not received any callbacks. It's important to remember that if a business doesn't provide reliable customer service, it's not wise to entrust them with your money.

I used to pass by early to use the ATM and my card used to open the Door to get to the ATM.Doors no longer open with you ATM card.will be nice to have this service again

The ATMs are behind closed doors in the after-hours. There are card slots that are supposed to open them, and they do flash green when you put your credit card in, but the doors don't react. Had to look for another Capital one ATM all over the city...

Walked to this location to open a new account. I was briskly told that it can only be done online. I proceeded to call their customer service, who said they should’ve been happy to do it at the in-person location.

Have you ever felt that you are in some kind of a carnival when you enter into one of their branches? I have been a customer of the bank for more than 20 years, even before they changed the name, and I jave seen the bank evolve over the years. This branch like many others has the feel of a cafe where customwers can just chill, but as I was told by an employee that the comfortable tables and chairs are for the employees use. The bank just seems hoky and not very serious. Heaven forbid that you have an actual issue and try to call customer service. I have never once had a pleasant experience dealing with the transfers or call drops.

I don’t mind waiting for a transaction I had to do, but I asked the white guy (whoever he is there) before about changing bills. The cashier was counting coins like if she was counting wheat seeds, and then when she finally was done she did not have the bills. Convenient location just not a good customer service.

Do NOT use Capital One for your personal or business transactions. I had an open account for over 10 years and Capital One closed it WITHOUT informing me. I went to use my credit card and it declined... they have REFUSED to reopen my account and now, thanks to Capital One my credit score and history has been compromised. What a waste - I worked hard to get my credit where it is today and now I have to work hard another few years. Extremely disappointed Capital One has done NOTHING to help the situation. 0/10. Do NOT recommend.

Very bad service they couldn't help me with a small transaction i lost my debit card the only reason I don’t have a legal ID and I have a passport I was wasting my time there by 30 minutes they only said am sorry

Awful experience with a business account. Showed up with all the necessary documentation, all the necessary people present, but they were unable to make a simple personnel switch (add/drop signatory authority) because Capitol One in VA had lost our documentation from the previous time we did a personnel switch. The K street branch were unhelpful, consistently gave contradictory information, gave us no direction with how to proceed. They were absolutely dumbstruck with any path forward, and would regularly tell us the wrong information or information that was quickly proven not true. They were so rude and unwilling to even call their manager as we sat in the lobby for over an hour.Walked across the street and set up a new business account with Citi in less time than it took for Capital One to give us an answer on how to proceed after they lost our document. (Who doesn't digitize in this day in age??) DO NOT GO HERE!

The worst place under staffed . Management wants to save money on cashiers . Avoid capital one bank . You will wait 30Minutes to cash your check . Don’t get lured by free checking out .
