Don't put your money here, they can never help you, they only tell you to do it through the application or call customer service, Pablo has an aggressive attitude, I don't recommend it. I will take my money and go to another friendlier bank.

If the NEW coffe SHOP is not giving what everyone expect, you think costumers are going to came Back ??, so don’t se a chip scam, end you will be rewarded, give the rite amount of coffe to your capital one bank customer, just a suggestion,

They are actually slower than molasses. I went there to make a simple deposit and it took them 20 minutes to get to me. There were only 2 people in front of me and they also had very simple transactions( a deposit and check cashing). Only visit this branch when you have time and can waste it. My time is valuable, so I will not be returning.

I am a long time Capital One customer, and have been generally pleased with their customer service. However, employee Ibrahima H. is quite honestly the worst example of customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I came to deposit coins, which is something I have done multiple times in the past at this location. He informed me coins can now only be deposited in rolls, so I requested a roll and went to the side to count out the appropriate amount. I returned and asked for assistance in filling the roll, as it is not an activity I'd had any need to do in the past. He insulted me and refused to help in any way, would not answer any questions and tried to force me out of the bank even when I still obviously taking the coins back. It would have taken him 1 minute to provide instructions and means of sealing the roll and fill out the deposit paperwork, but he wanted to make a scene. Unless he is removed, I suggest no others try to use this branch, I am sure other banks nearby would welcome your business.

I have never had a customer service experience go as smoothly as it did with Juan and Marty. They did everything in their power to ensure that I was taken care of and I’m grateful that they were able to help me out today. Thank you

Bad customer service as everyone else has stated. Waited 15 minutes just to add my name to the service list. Waited another 30 with no assistance and only 1 person was ahead of me the whole time. All I needed to do was sign a paper in front of a bank official. Not to mention the front attendant was not helpful or friendly.

This post is solely to compliment two employees at the 14th & U St. Branch of Capital One Bank. The location is not really good for withdrawing large sums. A lot goes on in that area. But I absolutely have to commend Jazsmin (spelling) Brown and Robin Vilorio, they are the stars at this location. I always look forward to seeing them and they always recognize me and give a friendly welcome. I never thought that I could have a pleasant and amusing time in a bank, but I do whenever Jazmin and Robin are there. Jazmin and Robin are both efficient, professional, friendly, knowledgeabl, and welcoming. They are excellent employees and nice people. Please thank them for me and let them know that people DO notice those who excel and make a difference.

Weird bank I tried to cash 1500$ check at u street location. Teller said he has to call someone . He refused to cash .I told him I have been cashing this check over 10 years . He probably thought I don’t look person who can make 1500$ a week ?. I went to my regular k street location. They cashed it . CraZy bank. I will never open account with capital one even if it cost 0$ bank teller needs mental check up

Arrived at 9am this morning, which is the opening time on the sign on the door, to find the Branch's Security Guard and 6 people waiting to get in. We all waited for over 20 minutes until almost 9:30am. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP to open the branch! Returned later that day at 1pm and found a sticker on the door saying branch is CLOSED FOR NOW????? Just terrific customer service all around

I wish I could give them zero. I am the customers Capital One. have a document to be notarized. I called this branch early this week and the staff answered my phone told me to come here on the following Friday before 12pm. I took a day off for Friday and came to this location at 11:30am. Then the staff told me they don’t do notarizing, they only take care withopening business accounts.Terrible service! Unbelievable it’s Capital One! Never had bad experience before until this!
