I dropped a suit off at this dry cleaners and they shrank the jacket by almost two sizes. I didn't want a refund, i wanted an apology maybe an explanation. But instead, i had an employee tell me "i must be confused". Dont use these dry cleaners, they think they can disrespect people and get away with it. They'll also destroy your clothes and gaslight you about it. There are better and more reputable options in the area.

Terrible experience. 1 star only because necessary to leave a review. Ruined multiple items and was cursed out by owner after politely asking for a refund. Disgusting establishment. Do not go here if you don't want to risk ruining your items. Tailor sucks and so do the dry cleaners.Service: Alterations

Wow! Not only is this a great place for drycleaning but also alterations at a good price! I even had an emergency alteration that needed to be done in 24 hours and they not only did a perfect job, but they also called to remind me of their closing time. And charged me a reasonable price! I won't go anywhere else now. You can't find this level of service anywhere these days anymore.

HORRIBLE. Exact same experience as the other 1 star reviews. I was also a loyal customer for about a year for minor dry cleaning or tailoring. Their tailor absolutely ruined my jeans, cut off a huge chunk of the original stitching, jeans are now crooked and can't be worn. They ruined an expensive jacket with dry cleaning, obvious horrible stains all over. irreversible damage on both items. Both times were met with dismissive rude attitude. The last interaction the owner himself swore at us and told us to "do it yourself then" because we explained where they messed up. Said he's been taken to court before and will win again (we never even threatened to file a claim lol...). Very weird and rude. Horrible experience.

Please do not use this dry cleaner. They tore my relatively new Brooks Brothers dress shirt, and instead of accepting responsibility, yelled and swore at me in front of my 4 year old son. What is especially disappointing is that I was a loyal customer for over 1 year. I will never use this cleaner again and urge you not to. There are many other options nearby.
