Everyone is raving about Rosyln, she must be wonderful. We unfortunately had Julie come to our home, and it was a disaster. She showed up with an attitude, but it really blew up when I referred to her a blinds salesperson. She got extremely upset and told me I was yelling at her and that she wasn't a saleperson and she wasn't here to sell me blinds. I was a bit confused since I was trying to buy blinds, and she had brought cases of blind samples for me to review and purchase. You might be reading this review and think, this guy is leaving something out and he must have said something more, I assure, no that's all I said. It was truly bizarre and caught me completely off guard.
After she started actually yelling at me, I left the room, and my wife tried to calm her down. Apparently, she was upset that she had come on a weekend, and we weren't grateful enough for that. My wife tried to get her to finish the quote, but the... not salesperson... design consultant... abruptly explained that the configuration we wanted wasn't actually available. She was too distraught to find an alternative and left in a huff. We waited a week or so to see if they would follow up with us, but no, they just ignored us after that. Complete waste of an hour and a half.

I had blinds installed by Budget Blinds of Bethesda. From start to finish the Budget Blinds team was efficient, kind, and professional very step of the process. I was in the midst of getting my place painted and they were very accommodating with each schedule change.When Erick came to install the blinds he was on time and in completed the installation of 6 blinds in about an hour. As a matter of fact he was so quiet I almost forgot he was there.I will use them again as the need arises and I am recommending to my friends & family as well as stranger I meet!Thanks team!!

Budget Blinds of Bethesda, Silver Spring, & DC did a great job helping us select andInstall blinds for three rooms. The fact they came to our home, allowed us to see different sampleblinds on our windows. One visit was selection and measurements. The second visit was the actual installation. Both proceeded smoothly and timely. The whole process took about three weeks.We are very satisfied with the results and would use them again.

It was a pleasant and easy experience working with Budget Blinds, right from the beginning, thank you Kimberly. Roslyn, the owner, was super expert at helping me choose the blinds. Eric who was in charge of installation was honest and extremely accommodating. And finally, but by no means the least important, Jeff who installed the blinds was not only very professional but also very sensitive to my angst! Thank you all. And i will return!
