This place is amazing. Not only are the prices for specialty cheese fairly competitive but if there’s something they don’t have that you want they’ll order it for you, plus they let you try anything before you buy so there’s no buyers remorse!

Outstanding selection and all the suggestions and advice you need. Always well stocked with many locally produced cheeses. Lots of interesting cheese and cocktail accoutrements. Wouldn't shop anywhere else for cheese and dairy. Great for serving, cooking or gifting.

What could be finer than to talk cheese to a cheesemonger!! I was able to purchase two truffle cheeses! Champlain Valley Creamery Triple Truffle and Klare Melk truffle Gouda from the Netherlands. Friendly help and sample tasting definitely helped!

This is the ONLY place I have found in the DC region that has Widmer's Brick Cheese. And, they will slice it however thick you want it. Also several artisanal Bleu Cheeses (for your next Bleu cheese bacon burger!
