Be sure to pay attention to everything you are charged for before leaving the store. I got charged for unnecessary items and unfortunately did not make it back in time to return them. I only went in for a phone and when I asked the lady, who is the same lady that gave me all of the items, why the things were added, all she was was “I don’t know..”.

Bought three phone in a week all different model’s and , still the software was faulty meaning it’s built with viruses in the code that makes your phone downgrade and move slower regardless of what upgrades you download on any of their phones after 3days of you buying it then it all starts forcing you to get a newer phone from them! GeekSquad at Best Buy on 14th nw told my whole phone was recycle circuit boards phone othe phones this was told to me when I took the 3rd phone I bought to beat buy
