We've been to this merchant a few times. I have a differentability (thank you to my little great niece for changing my perspective ?) and I some times require an aide for walking.My husband and I found some beautiful hand carved canes here and at very reasonable prices. We receive constant compliments going through the airport home and even more when I use them as a walking aide.Purchased hand made leather shoes from here and my son was elated with his gift ?.The staff is always very friendly and you can meet some very interesting people here as well. The store has two levels so don't miss going upstairs. There is definitely a lot to see ? so plan on spending some time to find your treasure.With all that said a little more organization would be nice so you can better see the selection and they have cats all over the place which I was not a fan of. However, my family and I visit here pretty much every time we're in the area and we look forward to viewing their new offerings.Check them out! Hopefully you'll find something interesting of your own in your visit.

One of the coolest places I've EVER been in dc. Could have moved in there, ha. So eclectic, amazing, great prices, wonderful staff but the STUFF omg. I've been to tge grand bazaar in Istanbul and was STILL impressed. Will be back.

I went here just on a while and I was pleasantly surprised to find so many items for purchase. Also the store had some really cute kitties I was pleasantly surprised. I purchased a mortar and pestle and some incense. I wasn't allowed to take any pictures but really great place!

The owner is super nice, he has 2 cats that are really cute. Lots of vintage/cultural jewelry, Buddhist decorations. The second floor is a bit creepy but lots of antique stuff.

I absolutely adore this place. I discovered it by happenstance back in 2011. Since that time, I've travelled to and lived in many of the countries represented in this shop. They are identical if not better quality. And, likely a cheaper price than found in the country of origin. I've discovered beautiful Moroccan decor, Liberian and Gabonese masks, Turkish Shishas and much more. It's an adventure coming in here and poking around. You find tons of unique items. I just hope the place is still open and I can give them my business when I'm back in town. If you are in AdMo check this place out.

I've been coming here for four years and every time is such a pleasant experience. The gems in this shop are one of a kind, unlike anything else you can find in other stores. There are treasures from all over Africa, as well as South and West Asia. You can FEEL the spiritual energy in this shop. Quick story: when I lived in Morocco I bought my Mom this beautiful plate in Chefchauen (the blue city). On my way back from moving from Morocco, the plate broke in my suitcase. I was devastated! A few months later, I find the same exact plate in bowl form at this shop. They never fail me.

Came In on a visit to D.C. on Christmas day about five years ago and really enjoyed the owners and the kids that were around. As we left from purchasing two wind chimes the kids came out and wished us a Happy Cnristmas and handed us two rolls of incense . It was a small gesture but it really warmed my heart and my day. Sure wish I would have driven to D.C. and not flown otherwise I would have purchased some much more merchandise to take back home. .
