I have been to this location twice for different processes and they messed up both times. The customer service was not able to offer me any real solutions for the mistakes they made and now I have to deal with the consequences. I do not recommend that you visit this location. Save yourself some time and go to a different Bank of America financial center.

I just went out to Bank of America. To open a new business LLC account and deposit $50000 and they just refuse me. They said we don't have AA person who opened the account.

Their money market accounts only go up to 0.06% and their CD's only go to 0.15%. The current MM rates are 4-5%. They are literally gouging their customers. Shame on BoA.

I had a 10am appointment and was welcomed at 10:01am. I needed help getting my accounts in order for 2023 and in doing so identified some fraudulent activity. Daniel and Tigst worked together to help me and while nerve wracking, they made me feel comfortable, understood my concerns and helped to rectify the problem. I will definitely be back to work with Daniel and Tigst in the future. Thank you both!

Security does not wear mask nor do they ask the customers to cover their face with a mask. They only have one teller worker while others look at you..smh

Lost on why BOA charge YOU a $35 return fee especially when it comes from a company or payer. I’m really tired of boa, that’s literally $70 out of my account for a return I can’t control. That should be illegal especially if it’s returned within 7 days.

If I could give this branch no stars i would, Horrible customer service. The branch manager was outside on the phone when the teller needed her assistance. I was told to wait until she was finished. After she finished with her personal phone call she refused to cash a check that belonged to a BOA customer. I offered her several different alternatives to resolve whatever issue she had. She was completely unwilling to help me. I even had the customer call the branch to verify the check. She was very short patient and I’ll be calling corporate and leaving reviews on every social media platform. Whatever assumptions she made about me is completely unprofessional and this type of behavior has to stop!!

I made an appointment online to use the notary public services advertised on the BOA app. When I arrived I waited on line and was told there is no notary at this location.... Even though I had made an appointment specifically for their advertised notary. Very disappointed. I'd suggest using a different branch if possible.

When I was living in NE side of DC, this was my go to Bank of America branch. I've opened my personal checking, savings, business, credit card accounts here. I know i can do it online but I preferred to go there. Staffs are friendly. Manager is the friendliest person of all. Very helpful. since covid, most of the branches are closed. If i need to go to branch for some withdrawals (doesn't happen really often) or something, If the manager sees me, she actually remembers me. Which feels nice from time to time.

Bank of America in Hyatsville, staff is totally incomitant, Staff gave me wrong information, I had to call customer service to help me with my problem, I could not believe how they put my account in jepordy, I will never service at this bank again. EVER
